Excellent hotel close to the old town. We had rooms with balconies overlooking the river.
The staff are very friendly and helpful with very good English.
I would strongly recommend this hotel.
Positive points: The room and bathroom were so spacious. The staff were so kind, friendly and helpful.
Negative points: Everything was great

Positive points: The location was really convenient, 10 minutes walk from the old town and we didn't hear the noise of the city. They upgraded us to a larger and more spacious room, it was cozy, clean and they changed water and towels every day. One of the women at the desk was very nice, explained to us where to go around Hoi An and gave us tips. We rented a motorbike through the hotel for 150,000 dong for one day. And we did laundry for 45,000 dong per kilo.
Review: Staff was super helpful and very kind. They helped provide us with a lot of recommendations and support for our trip.
Positive points: It was located in a very good place. About five minutes walk into the old town but just slightly far enough so it’s not too noisy. The staff were extremely friendly and had a lot of good tips for a tours. They were very nice to us and especially my two-year-old daughter. Laundry was very easy and getting anything organized was exceptional. There are flexible and upgraded us, and also organize all our tours and our transfers. Free bikes to use as well.
Negative points: A bit unfortunate for them, but there is a club next-door which sometimes plays until 2 AM. However, if you have earplugs, it is fine. We are also upgraded to the top floor, which was a quieter room. For that we cannot fault the property!

Review:
Hotel is clean and new, with breakfast, close to main tourist sites. Staff were all helpful. There is a bar next door which plays loud music. We requested higher floor but They gave us a room on the main floor next to the check in counter and the breakfast area-convenient for seniors but not recommended for light sleepers.
We managed it as we were only there for 2 nights. We still recommend due to proximity to main attractions.
Positive points: Firstly the staff were super helpful and went out of their way to accommodate us. The room was very nice , clean and comfy . location was very close to town.
Negative points: Sadly there’s a horrible nightclub that’s adjoining to the hotel, that goes on till 2/3am every night. For that reason they can not sell the rooms which are connected to the wall of the club. So the hotel is slowly loosing out on money in peak times. We only stayed one night and they gave us a refund for the rest of the nights we were booked. We felt really sorry for them. Hence why this isn’t a bad review on the hotel itself.
