Review: 酒店有很强的度假感，员工非常热情，我们只住了一晚，真想多住几晚

Positive points: Beautiful hotel. New, clean and with a beautiful pool and patio area. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Lovely quiet oasis out of the old town how everybody only a 5 minute Grab (Uber) ride away.

The hotel rooms are large and clean with great air conditioning. We stayed in early Dec. Great breakfast selection. A bonus was the swim up
bar and pool room. Our adult kids
loved this area. Also a small gym we didn’t use but looked good.

We had a massage at the hotel spa which was lovely too.

We will be back to stay again when next in Hoi An!

Positive points: Such an amazing and comfortable hotel. Beds were super comfy. Breakfast was plentiful: so much choice, all very delicious. The staff was fantastic, super attentive and trying to make our stay as comfortable as they could. Our kids (3&4yo) loved them. A big hit for our kids was the little play area, where they could play while we could watch them as we were having a coffee at the restaurant or chilling by the pool. We attended a cooking class in the hotel as a family, which was super nice. The chef provided great explanations on how to make pho specifically and they helped our 3yo prepare the spring rolls by himself. Overall we liked our stay so much that we extended it with an extra night.

Review: The place has an amazing location, close to beach and old town which can be reached by hotel shuttle. The place is newly built and is maintained very clean. The breakfast buffet has multiple options. The is amazing and very welcoming.
You can book the place without thinking about it twice.

Exceptional service by Dung for preparing a pot of ginger tea & heated up bread for my kid who was vomiting non stop the whole day due to the food poisoning from the dinner at Danang a day before we arrive at Hoi An. The hotel staff (Nhung) also offered to bring my son to hospital or ask us if want them to call the dr to come to the hotel to check on my son. It’s unexpected service from a hotel!

Positive points: We loved everything about this hotel. We have been travelling for nearly 2 months and this was the best hotel breakfast we have had. The rooms are lovely, the staff are really friendly and happy to help with any queries. It’s about a 25 minute walk from the old town but we didn’t mind that, there are shuttles a few times a day to take you from the hotel to the old town which is great.

Review: Comes with the highest recommendations, we absolutely enjoyed our stay in this brand new hotel! Our Deluxe Double Room was incredibly clean and comfortable, with a huge bed (high-end linens and bedding) and cute sitting alcove. Exceptionally good breakfast (very high quality and items changed daily) with attentive staff keeping everything clean and tidy. Staff overall superb, always asking if everything was well. There is also a lantern making class in the lobby where you can create your own lantern and take it home with you ☺️
