Review: This is a good basic option. The room is clean and the wifi works. The daughters can help with booking to your next location. You can rent bikes from them, but their exchange rate was high. No breakfast or any extras that you might expect from a homestay or guesthouse experience. If you are fit enough to ride a bike into old town (about 20-25 minutes) or willing to pay for a taxi then this is a good option.

We really feel comfortable staying here even for 1 day.We will denfinitely comeback when we have a chance.

Review: Location was perfect for us - slightly away from the noise of the centre of the city on the street with many food options, but still within easy walking distance (15 minutes at quite a fast pace walking).
The room was a reasonable size with enough space for 2 people, but there was no mosquito net and no way to hang one up.
The place is very clean and the lady owner tries her best to accommodate any requests.
If you rent a room without breakfast, you can still order one and it only costs around 2 Euro including a drink.
You can also rent a bike here and have your laundry done. Very convenient.

Positive points: Nice location only 20 minutes (beautiful) walking distance to the beach and close to restaurants, mini mart, fruit stalls etc. The woman who runs the homestay is super nice and welcoming. The room was just like in the pictures with a big bathroom.

Old town is a few minutes drive from the stay. Many restaurants nearby as well.

Positive points: We loved that there were bikes to rent for very cheap per day. It helped us get around the town. The hosts were great and were always willing to clean our rooms and help us out whenever needed! If I come back to Hoi An, I’ll definitely stay again! We extended our stay from 2 nights to a week 🙈🙈

Review: Comfortable stay in room in main house next to kitchen. No specific facilities - basically staying in a locals house. Bike for rent at VDN 10,000 or motorbike VDN 100,000 - competitively priced. Located midway between beach (now washed away - there is another a few km north) and town, either way need transport.
