Positive points: I don’t normally write reviews, but our time here was so fantastic I felt like we had to. Thien and his family were beyond delightful and generous, we are so grateful for the kind hospitality they offered us during Tet! The room was spacious and comfortable and we loved the huge window looking out over the city. The home stay is well situated with plenty of good restaurants and cafes nearby, including an incredible vegetarian restaurant right across the street. Would definitely stay again next time we visit Da Nang. Thank you Thien!

Positive points: I had a very pleasant stay here. The owner was friendly and welcoming, and switching to a rear room ensured it was quiet at night, giving me a great rest. The location is excellent—just 20 minutes from the airport, 10 minutes to Dragon Bridge, and close to some amazing food spots. It felt like a more authentic experience at this location, being away from the high density tourist beach front area. Highly recommend this Homestay!

Positive points: The owner is very friendly and helpful despite the language barrier we had. The room was spacious with complete amenities. Although it was quite a work out climbing all the stairs, the owner and his family helped me carry my luggage so it was all good.

Positive points: Good hard bed, very friendly and helpful family (with a little help from Google Translate), wonderful view of the nearby temple and rooftops. There is no balcony but the rooftop is great for a late-night beer and fresh air. The building is high and very clean, and the desk in the room is good for laptops plenty of closet space and and a kettle and fridge make it great for a slightly longer stay.

Positive points: The room was very nice. It had a big bed and clean sheets. The towels smelled really nice and clean. They provided body wash and toothbrushes/toothpaste. The male owner was super friendly. They responded immediately and let me check my bags in at 7am. He also carried my very heavy bag up 4 flights of stairs despite being older. They arranged for me to rent a motorbike and the location is under a 15 minute walk to the dragon bridge. The fridge is stocked with beer, water and coke cans that you can purchase for a reasonable price. It was definitely good value.

Review: For digital nomads and other long-term visitors, this is a good-cheap option. It's smack in the middle of the city, near the main road to the airport and the beaches, via Dragon Bridge. Lots of restaurants and food stalls, and the Con Market is just a few minutes away. Wifi is a bit spotty, but you can just head to Highlands Coffee, just 3 minutes' walk away.

Positive points: I loved this Homestay! The location was perfect for me, as I was able to easily walk to all the attractions in central Da Nang. There is a wide variety of restaurants and coffee shops just a few minutes walk from the property. It is also within walking distance of Da Nang railway station and Da Nang Airport. A local bus (route R16 - VND6k each way) to Marble Mountain stops nearby (no need to book a tour bus). My room was spotlessly clean, had large windows and was very comfortable. It had a large bathroom. Wi-fi speed was excellent. Television had a variety of international channels. The host family were very welcoming and helpful.

We visited January 2023 during Têt New year celebrations.
The dragon bridge is close and spectacular.
Fabulous locals restaurants close by that could not have been more helpful since everything was in Vietnamese, of course.
Back street life, not touristy. We loved it.

Review: Tiêu chí của mình là tìm homestay giá rẻ trung tâm gần chợ Cồn để tiện đi chợ mua quà và ra sân bay vào buổi đêm. Homestay k thể như khách sạn được nhưng phòng cũng sạch sẽ, rộng, điều hòa hơi nóng và lâu mát. Không có thang máy, nhà mình phòng tận tầng 4 vác vali lên hơi cực, nhưng chủ nhà cũng hỗ trợ bê lên xuống hộ. Giá = ksan gần biển nhưng chất lượng k bằng. Nhưng thế cũng ok rồi vì cũng k ở lại lâu

Review: Chỉ là homestay nhưng phòng khá ổn, ở trung tâm nên đi lại ăn uống rất tiện. Mọi người ở đây rất nhiệt tình, vui vẻ, luôn sẵn sàng giúp đỡ. Có đk mình vẫn sẽ quay lại đây!
