9.0 Overall a good stay - Vân 27-09-2024

Positive points: 1. The view. We stay in room 467, with quite a nice view towards the lake, a bit obstructed by the tree though.n2. Supporting and responsive host. They accommodated our requested to change to higher floor, and answered our questions prior arrival.n3. Love the heat lamps in the shower.n4. Big balcony to sit and chill

Negative points: 1. The lack of a lobbyn2. Nosey cleaner sometimes forgot toilet papern3. The loud and annoying megaphones outside the balcony that goes off twice a dayn4. They put a tile on top of the washing machine, then when it washed, the tile broke due to the washer being placed on uneven surface, and they charged us 150k for something that is not our fault.n5. My partner had an injury, results in the damaged sheets. We bought them a new set (sheet, blanket cover, pillow cases), and decided to use it during our stay. However they informed us not to use, and just give it to them instead, which is weird considering we already paid for it.n6. Bathroom needs a deep clean. There were black mold on the glass shower door.n7. The view is nice, but the location is far from everything, not many restaurants around.

Review: Mình chỉ định book 1 phòng có view hồ tây để xem pháo hoa thôi, nhưng thật sự là service ở đây siêu tốt. B hướng dẫn và cô dọn phòng siêu nice, giá cả khá hợp lý so với mặt bằng chung. Phòng sạch sẽ, thoáng mát, trang trí đơn giản nhưng khá đẹp, đầy đủ tiện nghi và tiện ích. Mình sẽ quay lại vào những lần tới

Positive points: A comfortable and cozy place to stay, located in one of the best possible position in Hanoi (near West Lake). The staff is nice and friendly. There's also a good café at 1st floor of the building.

Negative points: It would be better to have a mosquito bat. Still, the view was worth it.

Positive points: We booked a room here and changed from another hotel, then took a taxi to this place. After all of that, when i called to see why nobody was there at the property, I was told that they were full, even though they had 3 rooms listed as available. Waste of time and money and super frustrating.

Negative points: The management needs to update their booking.com availability every day!
