Review: Staff politeness and friendly
Positive points: Very friendly, clean and comfortable, ice amenities, nice neighborhood.
Review: Overall good except far from the local market and attraction points
Positive points: The room was very, very big and the staff was extremely friendly and supportive. We called them to make some noise stop in the morning, and they stopped the maintenance works at the upper and lower floors for some hours so that our baby could keep on sleeping until late. They even provided us with complimentary transfer to the airport and a small gift to apologize for some inconvenience we had during our stay. Very much appreciated!
Review: Great hotel with great view
Positive points: Everything exceeded our expectations from the facilities, neighborhood, and the very helpful reception desk personnel.
Negative points: The breakfast cook was clearly sick and cooking everyone's eggs one morning

Positive points: The swimming pool is large and a nice haven from the heat and noise of the city. The apartment was large and comfortable.
Negative points: The breakfast was okay but not great, the restaurant service was indifferent. The tv in the apartment had poor reception.
Review: We recommend this property to all the travellers services and staff is so good. Room is also specious and food is also good.
Positive points: The apartment was so well appointed. I loved my time at Elegant Suites. I would definitely stay here again.
Negative points: I think the mattress pads need to be washed and the mattresses need to be steam cleaned.
Review: I have never experienced the luxurious stay before everything this is very gud and tha staff makes it too memorable for us
Positive points: It’s a perfect place, have everything I need, and I’m very picky. Clean, excellent service staff, restaurant, the breakfast buffet is good, excellent location, many western restaurants around.
Negative points: It’s all excellent.
Review: Everything is perfect except food at the restaurant is not the best
Positive points: If you looking for comfortable, quite, private and nice swimming pool in Hanoi, Elegant Suites Westlake would be perfect. Staffs are so friendly and helpful. Breakfast is so neat. Big room and bathroom are so cozy and spacious.rnI really loved the big swimming pool. I would love to stay again when I come visit Hanoi again.
Negative points: Maybe location? But you can call the grab any time you want it. It takes 10mins to Hanoi Train street.
Review: Nice stay with amazing views
Positive points: amazing clean rooms, great staff, great breakfst
Negative points: The washing machine wasn't very good: very slow, and its drying function didn't work very well at all and as such I left with a bag of wet clothes
