Somerset Grand Hanoi

Review: Large, comfortable suite with all the necessary facilities. Restaurants at the residence and a small shopping mall linked so very convenient to buy groceries. Good choice of restaurants in the vicinity. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Positive points: The property was well located, very close to the old quarter, staff were great, facilities were comfortable and the washing / dryer machine was a bonus

While the stay was short it was good enough to judge the place and would like to visit somerset as one good option for travel and vacation

Positive points: This is the second time we’ve stayed at the Somerset Grand and we really loved it. The rooms are large, well equipped, and very comfortable. It is ideally located within easy walking distance of old town with its great food and attractions. The staff were very helpful and friendly. All round we love staying there and will again!

Review: Situated right next to the historic Hanoi Prison museum. Easy walk to Train Street. Apartment has everything you need including washing machine. Staff are very helpful and kind. We had a 1 bed apartment on 19th floor with great views from our bedroom across the city. Supermarket downstairs and restaurants in the building.

Positive points: Somerset Grand Hanoi is the best place to stay at Hanoi.
While we stay there, we are really impressed by the hotel team with the following members: Aimee, Rachel, Evie and Diep.
The location Somerset is very close to all the famous attraction at the center of Hanoi. At Hanoi, there are lot of hotels/apartments are not the same like the pictures, so that the great staff member allowed us to see the apartment to make sure we like it before we move in, because we are kind of skeptical after we had the experience somewhere else that the description/ads are totally different than what we actually get. And this one is exactly the same or beyond what we expect.
The nice staff allowed us to leave our luggage at the desk so that we can go out to enjoy the city.
During our stay, whenever we have questions/ concerns, they addressed such very quickly.
Mostly importantly and amazingly, we lost some stuff at the apartment, I called the hotel and they helped to arrange the mailing of my stuff to me at another city in Saigon. The communication thru whatsapp is with such an ease and pleasure.

Review: The hotel was great in obliging us with the change of beds to all twin beds. Bed were comfy washing machine/dryer was new. The interior may be a little old.. with some visual wear and tear, but it is still very decent.

Highly recommended for family or group needing 2 rooms. Master room has ensuite bathroom and also its own tv. There is also a common bathroom.
