Review: Not a hotel, a hostel where locals seem to bring their special lady for a few hours. nnStaff was unfriendly and barely spoke English. Did not inform we had to switch a heater on, so we had a cold shower 2 nights. nnChecked out early as room was not as described. They said they wouldn't charge, but then tried to charge our credit card (lucky for is we didn't have enough money on that exact moment). Had to escalate with agoda.

Review: I booked a suite room expecting a better condition and nice view. However, no view no balcony just a bigger room and single bed for 3. The toilet cannot closed due to the hinge losses and the glass door cannot be closed and may drop. Their door uses key to open.nnThe only advantage is the location with ATM machines and food stalls around.nnIf don't mind the condition, staying there is still ok

Review: We arrived at the hotel to check in at midnight. The hotel is located in the center, near the Hanoi Old Quarter. The room was clean, and the facilities were good. After we checked out, we left our luggage at the reception until 11 PM. We rented a motorbike to explore Hanoi. Everything was okay!

Review: The mattress is quite comfortable, and there is a convenient parking lot nearby to park your car, but it costs 100k for overnight parking, which is acceptable in Hanoi. Overall, the location and service are good for the price.
