Positive points: I recently stayed at Serene Nature Hotel & Spa with my mum, and we had the most wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. The check-in process was quick and smooth, and our room was spacious, clean, and had a beautiful view.

The hotel amenities were fantastic. We particularly enjoyed the special amenities like the pool, spa, restaurant, which were perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The breakfast buffet was a highlight – so many options, and everything was delicious.

What stood out the most was the warm and attentive service. The staff was incredibly kind to my mum, making sure she had everything she needed. They even helped us with some local recommendations for sightseeing, which made our trip so much more enjoyable.

I would highly recommend Serene Nature Hotel & Spa for anyone looking for a peaceful and memorable stay with loved ones. We can't wait to come back!

Review: By far my best stay in Vietnam. The room is nice and spacious, bed is super comfortable, the hotel itself is beautiful and the breakfast is good. You’re surrounded by rice fields so its nice and peaceful but its easy to get into town. What puts this place above everything else though is the exceptional level of service displayed by the staff. They really go above and beyond for their guests. Would highly recommend booking a stay here. I liked it so much that I ended up changing my hotel in Hanoi for their other location there too.

Positive points: Bryan and Annie's exceptional service made our stay truly memorable. We also appreciated the comfortable, clean bedrooms and the good breakfast.

Review: Everything was great. It's a newer hotel about 5 minutes from Old Town by taxi. It has a great restaurant, and breakfast, and other restaurants are in walking distance. Staff were excellent a d English was good.

Positive points: This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The building and interior design are modern and elegant, and the hotel is surrounded by lush green rice fields, offering breathtaking views from my room. The swimming pool was incredible, and the staff went above and beyond to make my stay special. I was welcomed with a complimentary drink upon arrival and even received a free room upgrade. While swimming, they thoughtfully brought me a towel without me needing to ask. I also loved the free bikes available anytime, which made it easy to cycle to the old town and explore nearby restaurants.

Review: One of the top places in my list for sure. The staff are so accommodating from providing reccomendation to making any arrangements (pool side massages, show tickets,local eateries). Located nearby to old town and also close to the out of town attractions, which makes it perfect.
Rooms are gorgeous and spacious.

Positive points: Fantastic! They cook your eggs just the way you want it and the soups have all the fresh vegetables and garnishes. Great variety and plenty of everything.

Positive points: Brilliant staff who greeted us with coffee and water and helped us plan our stay in Hoi an. Such friendly staff that checked on us each day. Beautiful room. We stayed over Christmas and they made it very special for us.

Positive points: We loved our stay at the Serene Hotel in Hoi An. It had a lovely, peaceful setting just outside the main town next to some rice fields. Everything was clean, the rooms were big and airy and the bed was comfortable. They also do a lovely massage! Thanks so much for a great stay :-)

Review: The Serene Nature Hotel is quite comfortable and peaceful with some good amenities. Located overlooking a rice field there is a large pool, good sized cafe and lounge with a rooftop bar, spa anda nice lobby breakfast area. It is located about a 40 min walk to old town, they have bicycles available for use, cutting that to a 10 min ride, plus excellent service for scooter day rental.
Our room had a great shower, nice courtyard balcony, and good lighting. The bed was okay, a little firm but easy to sleep on. The TV was a little small but offered a nice selection of movies.
The restaurant is in need of a menu update and we found the food quality lacking, but the breakfast was good, though a little sparse, but they alway managed to provide something for everyone.
Catherine, Rosie, Lily, Sally and Min are FABULOUS staff who are always looking to ensure you have what you need. Peter and the bellmen staff are also very friendly. Catherine knows all the best places to try in Old Town.
Overall it was a good place to stay. They need to update a few small things, and to no fault of theirs, the rain everyday dampened our plans somewhat. Grab cars can be difficult to find late in the evening.

Positive points: What a gem! We had the BEST time at Serene Nature. Not only the hotel, but the staff makes the stay so special.
Lily, Rosy, Sali, Cathryn, Peter and the others are so warm and welcoming. And they speak English very well! We stayed 2 weeks in Serene and they all feel like family.

The hotel is perfectly located, just outside the busy town, surrounded by peacefull ricefields. You can use free bikes for a short ride to old town, Grabs are cheap too.
The room is great! The beds are super comfy, shower is hot with plenty of pressure!

We work online and the wifi is perfect for Zoom meetings, never had issues. We really enjoyed working in the restaurant, they have good americano's too.

The breakfast is nice. Buffet style with lots of things to choose from and there's always some one cooking fresh eggs & noodle soups.

Best price/quality you could wish for. Don't hesitate to book here!

Review: Location is abt 7 to 10 min drive to old town. Place is outside town by the paddy fields. Staff are very friendly and helpful. They gave recommendations on where to go during the raining days. Clean room with 2 king beds is large enough for a family of 4.

Positive points: We really enjoyed our stay! The staff were very helpful, e.g. with the scooter rental and we could also borrow bicycles for free. Overall, we felt very comfortable.
