Pomelo Garden Villa

Review: This was an amazing place. Super clean facilities. Terrific breakfast. Amazingly hospitable staff. The pool was super clean and everything was well maintained. Be aware it’s a bit off the main circuit, but it is so peaceful and quiet at night. I absolutely recommend staying here.

Positive points: The venue is in a tranquil quiet area yet close enought to all amenities. The room was huge. The hostess is always friendly and serves a wonderful breakfast. She also arranged scooters, transport and laundry services.

Review: We arrived late at night, wet and frustrated. We were greted by the owner, he checked us in quickly and directed us to our room. I was a bit skeptical about the ground floor, but he said it was going to be quiet, so we got settled in. 5 minutes later we hear a knock on our door, it's him with a birthday cake for my girlfriend. We had not informed them of the birthday, nor they could see it on the reservation, yet, as soon as they saw her passport, they rushed to buy a cake, and even got her name on it! It really made our day. The next days were lovely, the room was quiet and our stay was filled with good breakfasts, smiles and kindness, as the owners consistently went out of their way to help, while refusing any payments until the end of our stay. At the end of our stay, they happily let us stay well beyond our checkout time and even gifted us 2 full jars of their unique passion fruit jam, which my girlfriend truly loved. Some of the best customer service I ever experienced and what I'd truly define as the real Vietnamese hospitality. Loved every moment of it! Thanks!

Positive points: We really really loved everything about our stay at Pomelo Garden. Hoy is de most generous and lovely host you can wish for, she does everything to make your stay comfortable.

We loved the breakfast, it's generous and very fresh and healthy with different things to choose from.

Pomelo Garden is located a bit outside Hoi An, which we really enjoyed. It's quiet and peacefull and you get a glimps of rural Vietnam. You can use the bikes provides by Hoy and easily ride to town or get a Grab.

Beds are comfy, wifi is stable (we worked from there) and everything is very clean.

I can't recommend Pomelo Garden enough. It really contributed to our memories of Vietnam. Lots of love for Hoy!

Positive points: We loved Pomelo. It was a refreshing change from the noisy bustling towns and cities. We had a two bed family room which was lovely and spacious, light and tastefully furnished and even with a TV the kids could watch. The pool and gardens are lovely. The breakfast made to order was also plentiful and enjoyable by the pool. There are very few rooms at the hotel, so it almost seems like having a holiday home. Surprisingly there are some good little restaurants within 5 minutes walk.

Review: This hotel is so wonderful, really home feeling. The couple managing it is so helpful and wonderful. Not often we feel sad leaving a hotel but this one we really felt sad leaving. Short about hotel, small cozy, very clean, garden nicely maintained. Pool looks clean, but we never tried it. Breakfast is of course limited since small hotel, but the choices are nice and very generous. Only minus would be for us personally, bed typical vietnamese style so quite hard.

Positive points: The Pomelo Garden Boutique Villa is an absolutely magnificent place. A small property with only six rooms, well-furnished, clean, and comfortable, overlooking a beautiful tropical garden with a stunning pool. However, the owners might be the biggest surprise of the place: kind and helpful, they know how to find a solution to any need. The hotel is located in the countryside of Hoi An, but reaching the center with a Grab or a scooter is not difficult at all. The breakfast is delicious.

Review: The hosts Hoi and Vy are amazing people with big hearts. The villa is so so so well maintained with really nice room, washroom and 24hr open pool. Hoi prepares the best breakfast. I was so much in love with this resort that I did not feel like leaving it. Will definitely come back again!

Positive points: We loved the location of Pomelo Garden Boutique Villa. It is very cheap to get a taxi to the Old town but lots of great places to eat near the villa which we prefer. It is nice to have the peace and quiet and the busy area of Hoi An is just be a short taxi ride away. The hosts at Pomelo are very helpful and friendly and if I visit Hoi An again I will come back and stay here.

Review: Quiet scenic accomodation near a lot of rice fields. It’s located a little bit out of Old Town (~15 minutes by bike) but its perfect if you want a break from the tourists and busy crowds and are happy with a little journey, as they provide free bikes and also motorbike rental :) The host couple were so lovely and welcoming, helped us with booking cars and tours, and gave us a beautiful breakfast each morning with a selection of food/drink to choose from! Room was spacious and clean, pool was great. Would definitely love to stay again!

Positive points: It was a pleasure to stay at Vy's Pomelo Garden Villa for 3 days. Vy's family have been very accomodating and sweet. We were glad that the location was tucked a little bit further from old town because we wanted a quiet and calm place to unwind before we fly out of Vietnam. It's family-run business and we loved the fact that there is only 6 rooms, meaning not too crowded and it's very peaceful. The garden and the pool area is maintained well and beautiful. Our room was very spacious, cleaned on a daily basis and it had everything we needed during our stay. I will surely come back whenever I'm in Hoi An again!

Review: - Pomelo garden have the most perfect hosts, when we arrived they said they want us to feel like it is our second home and we felt exactly that!
- 10/10 breakfast and lunch/dinner food. We ate at the hotel every day for lunch!
- the room is beautiful. Very spacious and clean

- They booked every taxi for us&helped with the ba na hills transport
- The grounds that the hotel is located on is beautiful
- Free bikes!
- Nothing was too much hassle for them! Even offering to print our visas out for us for cambodia!

10/10 stay highly recommend to everyone!

Positive points: What a great place to unwind and enjoy your time in Hoi An. We had 9 nights with only 6 units it felt like it was all your own. Easy to get to town and surrounding spots. We cannot say enough about Vy and Hoai as hosts the breakfast was an excellent start to each day after a dip in the pool.

Review: We had a great time relaxing at Pomelo Homestay. Loved the pool and the garden. Since they have a limjted number of rooms it feels very private. The staff were very friendly and helpful! It is a bit of a ride from town on a bike in the heat but absolutely worth it if you want to escape the crowded town and relax during your stay. Can absolutely recommend it!

Review: Pomelo is a quietand relaxing resort nestled in a countryside hamlet in Hoi An. The owners, Vy and Hoi, are very attentive and gracious hosts and provide delivious breakfast, arrange taxi and private drivers as needed,m. They are always ready to help with any need during the stay. The resort is a shrimp farm with 4 ponds, small sweet potato garden, and swimming pool. You will find Pomelo a wonderful experience.

Positive points: The rooms were very clean and the staff were friendly and very helpful whenever we had any questions.
It was easy to organise day tours with the staff.
Hoi An Old town was only 6-8 minutes with Grab service.
The location was fantastic,away from the hustle and bustle of Hoi An.
Good location if you want some peace and quiet time after touring.
Breakfast was very good and simple,fresh fruit and juice available and a few westernised options available.
I would personally prefer a couple more Vietnamese breakfast options ( my opinion ).
The noodle soup was fantastic!
