Q Villa Hoi An

Review: All is ok .

Positive points: Location was so close to everything - 3 minute walk to the main bridge, 1 minute walk to the night market, free bike to go to the beach, very comfortable.

Review: this hotel is ok but the problem is the staff and the owner.. if we don't accept bike rental or laundry she shows a fierce face.. if it's cheap we can accept it for very expensive things.. anyway the hotel check out time is 12pm but at 11.50am she has already knocked the door.. I know all hotels will give 10 or 15 minutes more time but the person there is really bad.. anyway she told me to pay for the bottled water that took more.. time I asked why she said 1 bottle and I took it because she put 3 bottles.. on the matter of 2 bottles only she put timegod I have a check at check in time if not sure they asked us to pay..

Positive points: Excellent location, close to the Night Market and the old town. The host was very nice and was able to organise an airport pickup for me and my family at the last minute. Also you can buy the tickets and book the car through the hotel if you want to go to Coconut Forest & Da Nang.

Review: This villa does not have a lift so prepared to climb up the stairs. If you have big heavy luggage’s, I wouldn’t recommended this place as you will have a hard time taking your luggage up the room. The room is very spacious and clean but when I checked the back of the small tv provided in the room it was full of dust. I think since day 1 of installing the tv in the room they never clean it before. For that I rate it 1 star.

Positive points: Initially they had me in a room facing an ally/nothing. My room said city view w balcony so for an additional 180,000 dong they switched me to a front facing room the next night and for rest of my stay, and that was fab. Rooms were good size and clean. AC, shower and wifi were fabulous. The location was fabulous ..steps to night market and the bridge to walk around old quarter. There is everything you could want, only steps away. laundry, mini marts and plenty of restaurants. Even though very close the night markets and the river, the noise did not seem to penetrate the room and I slept great. They got me a good price on a taxi to airport. They also had free bikes but I did not utilize as traffic was crazy...could have maybe felt safe using early morning. Great stay!! I highly recommend.

Review: Hotel location is good, but poor service, I am sick with flu, requested to have early check in when I am in hotel at 1.30pm so that i can rest, but staff insisted I can only check in by 2pm and the room is empty during that time.
