Review: Great stay, good enough facilities with value for money, attentive staff, ideal location. Small swimming pool within the stay
Positive points: The staff was good there. Also, the room was clean and tidy.
Negative points: The water was not hot in the morning. Also, i felt that they charge a little more money for water bottles, basket boat rides and cab. From hoi an to da nang, prices were usually 250.000 VND, but they charged 350.000. They have a good excuse for a happy new year.
Review: Great value if you’re staying in Hoi An and want to be near the old city. Staff are very helpful. Their neighbour has a motorbike rental business. Only drawback is that cars cannot drive in - you will be dropped off or picked up from the main road.

Great staff, Dieu has been very supportive before and during our stay. She also provided excellent local restaurants and street food adresses in Hoi An.
Review: Rooms are lovely, and the staff are super friendly and helpful with anything you are trying to do in Ha Noi. Great central location walking distance to night market. Also a small kitchen offering great meals at good prices. Great stay for the price.

Positive points: I had an amazing stay at NuNi Homestay in Hoi An! The location is perfect, just a short walk to the Ancient Town but still quiet and peaceful. The rooms were spotlessly clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, offering great local tips and support. They also offer hired bicycles and motorbikes, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The homestay serves a delicious breakfast with plenty of options to suit all tastes. I highly recommend NuNi Homestay to anyone looking for a cozy, affordable, and convenient place to stay in Hoi An!
Review: El homestay estaba muy bien, con una excelente ubicación a metros de las calles peatonales. La atención 10 puntos. Un unico detalle es que la habitación tenía un poco de humedad y eso hacía que no huela muy bien.
Positive points: It looked exactly like the photos: neat, bright and welcoming. Felt like a home away from home. I highly recommend this homestay.

Positive points: Great place to stay. Comfortable. Very nice staff who also recommended us a taxi at good prices. Very good location. Good price.
Negative points: Maybe a bit more spaces to put the shoes and slippers at the entrance would be nice, especially when it's raining and everything is wet.

Positive points: The room was a good size & had a comfortable bed, hot shower & good location.
Negative points: The room was quite light at night. Lots of places in Vietnam have large glass windows in the doors, which, even with a curtain to pull across, still lets lots of light in at night when lights outside the room are on.
Review: If you're looking for a place to sleep, this homestay is a good choice. It's conveniently located near an old town, and the room is clean. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Just keep in mind that, as a homestay, it has a more straightforward, homey atmosphere rather than luxury.
Positive points: Quiet but convenient location. Clean and comfy. Nice to have the option of a fan instead of air-conditioning. Good to have some local suggestions for dishes and shops.
Negative points: Would've been lovely to have a place to refill our water bottles. Also a bathmat
Review: A nice place to stay and walking distance to the heritage area. Clean and comfortable room and friendly staffs. Just that car cannot go in the alley way, thus if you have big luggage you have to drag the luggage along a short distance of the alley to get to the car.
Positive points: The people were great who ran the hotel, it was clean
