Nipa Riverside Villa

Review: We had a terrible experience. This is a fraudulent place. We booked the place and even spoke over WhatsApp, but when we reached there, no one was there. The cottage looked like a haunted place and was located in a remote area. We rushed out of the place and got back to our cab. Please report this!

Positive points: Our room the grand suite was very good size with a full wrap around terrace even had a bed on the balcony!! It is situated were real Vietnamese people live not a tourist in site everyone of them had a smile or a wave for us!. Nice pool unfortunately the weather was wet so didnt get to use it. Nice river view. Mr vu the man that runs it is a great guy so helpful. The lady that serves breakfast is a real sweatheart

Review: The property was probably beautiful once upon a time. There was a layer of dirt on several things in my room. However, I probably could have looked past that if not for the sweet dog tied up in the back yard. He was on a chain maybe a a foot long, so his head was almost on the ground. I went to check on him as he was barking, and saw his chain was so short he couldn’t move properly. He was standing in his own mess. He cowered as I got close to him. I really broke my heart.
I brought this up to the manager the next day, as well as the cleanliness issues. He didn’t seem bothered by the dog, but was concerned about the cleanliness. I was supposed to stay 4 nights, but I left that day.
I guess it’s a cultural thing, and I don’t even know what they were going to do with the dog, but I have an idea.
The next place I went to had a dog as a pet, and was extremely clean. So, it’s not everyone, just some.

Positive points: Great spacious room with lovely bathroom and good bed. Pool was nice and spacious outside area. Just a short grab ride away from Hoi An old town. Please try the blind massage nearby.

Review: The hotel is located in a narrow lane at a desolate location. The receptionist Mr. Vu was responsive. However, the general cleanliness and level of maintenance of the rooms and the property needs improvement. The bathroom was attached to the room however there was only a curtain separating the two areas. Its not at all comfortable to use bathrooms with kids around (no door for bathroom). The room window has no view as the same was blocked by a wall. Hardly any amenities (no electric kettle was present initially in the room (later provided) and TV remote was also missing (not provided even after requesting)). Liquid hand wash was also absent in the bathroom. Overall, an average stay.

Positive points: Loved this place. The energy was sensational.
Rooms clean, very authentic. Huge rooms.

Review: The villa is located in a quiet area, by the riverside, not too far from the center. The rooms are spacious, with a mix of classic and modern styles, quite interesting, and fully equipped. The villa staff are very cheerful and friendly. It is suitable for relaxation when visiting Hoi An. I will come back.

Positive points: Mr. Vu was very helpful abd even with the weather against us, we enjoyed our stay. The pool and villa must be heaven during sunny days I'm Hoi An.

Review: I really like this hotel, the space is very spacious and comfortable, with a peaceful natural view 🌴🌳🌿. Here, it feels very peaceful and cozy. The breakfast is delicious 🍲🍹. Especially, the staff here is super enthusiastic and friendly, very charming 🥰. Overall, it suits my taste perfectly, so I give it a 10 out of 10 👍.

Positive points: We stayed out of season in this hotel making us the only guests in the hotel. The host was very friendly and tried to make our stay pleasant. The room was very spacious, the bathroom vast. This must have been a grand hotel at some point but now looked a bit tired. But we still very much enjoyed staying there because of the fantastic location: in a very quiet neighbourhood, right next to the river, a short ride from the town. With the bikes that were available we cycled to the coast, which was great.

Review: We spent 2 nights at this beautiful hotel and we really love it!
My lovely room was in the third floor with the balcony pool view. It was clean, comfortable and peaceful. The room was little bit hot at noon even I turned on the AC because of the thin curtain but it is not problem.
Nipa also have a nice pool and amazing garden. They have a big aquarium Koi and you can ask to feed the fishes. We did it and it was so cool.
The staffs is very helpful and friendly. We got traffic accident before checking in Nipa. They gave us First Aid box, helped my husband fix my motorbike and kept asking our wounds. Thank to Thành and Nipa's staff that made our stay so enjoyable!

Review: I really liked our stay at this hotel. The value is excellent! The bed is comfortable and the room is very spacious. They also have a great pool and a beautiful garden.

But what I like most is the neighborhood. There are rivers and ms t fiends nearby. You can rent a boat or bike to explore. Great place!
