Miss Ten Homestay

Positive points: Very nice and welcome lady owner. Friendly and helpful family. Clean room and bathroom.
We were honored with family lunch that the lady had invited us to, and it was even much better that many other ones we tried elsewhere. Very quiet at night although the window could be bigger. Short walking distance to main streets with night market. Shoes need to be left outside and because of that fact this homestay is spot on clean.

Positive points: A decent accommodation with reasonable price. Ms Ten and her husband are nice and helpful. They also offered local delicious coffee for us to start our day.

Positive points: I was taken care of very well, with banana and coffee every morning! Location is also great and the bed comfortable. Would stay again!

Positive points: Clean, calm Homestay with very helpful host. The deluxe room was spacious, with 2 windows and a nice bathroom. The location is very central.

Positive points: Host was very welcoming and helpful. Helped us with airport pick up and drop. Room was big enough for 3 people with blankets, wardrobes, mini fridge. Clean bathrooms. Hoi An street is at walkable distance and the homestay is at a calm place.

Positive points: Miss Ten was an excellent host, she made us feel very welcome in her home often making coffee and lunch for us during our stay. We were able to use her bikes free of charge to cycle around town and her husband took us to Da Nang for a very reasonable price. Miss Ten’s homestay is in an ideal location close to town and I would recommend to anyone visiting Hoi An !

Positive points: I think I understate when I try to find the words to describe how hospitable Miss Ten and her family are. But let's start with the accommodation itself:

The room is very large and has a big, cosy bed. WiFi is very good. A TV with local and international channels is also included, as well as a desk, wardrobe, great bathroom (the shower is separate from the toilet, which you don't often find) and equipped with a hairdryer as well as air conditioning. The minibar offers cheap water, you don't even have to buy it in the supermarket, Miss Ten refills the minibar every day. The room is also cleaned every day. Impeccable service and comfort when it comes to the accommodation itself. Laundry service is also offered, quite cheap and super well washed and fragrant.

Miss Ten and her family are extremely helpful at all times. All questions are answered almost directly on WhatsApp (or in person on occasion). If something is not clear, Miss Ten is ready to help. Transport to any place is also offered. Her husband was very friendly and drove us to Da Nang (250,000 Dong). When her husband was not available to pick us up, Miss Ten organised a driver for us so we didn't have to worry about it. She also gave us lots of tips and information about Hoi Anh and was generally very sociable and chatty.

The location is unbeatable. You can easily walk to every sight in Hoi Anh from the homestay. It's just the right distance to the attractions while still being a relaxing, quiet place to free your head and have a good rest.

Every single point out of the 10 was well deserved. If we are in the region again, it will be with Miss Ten!

Review: Phòng vừa đủ ở trưa và tối ngủ thôi. Chị chủ nhà và gia đình thân thiện hổ trợ hết mình, đến chai nước lớn bỏ trong tủ lạnh cho khách uống cũng rất rẻ, hầu như chị ko tính tiền lời nước uống luôn, có cả máy lọc nước. Chỉ có 1 nhược điểm là phòng cửa gỗ nên không cách âm tốt, nếu có con nít sẽ ồn ào khó ngủ

Positive points: Miss Ten was a phenomenal hostess - attentive at all times, helping us out with tours at a discounted rate (better that we could get online), local advice, getting our shoes fixed, picking up Bahn Mi for our early morning bus trip and general being available for anything needed.

Review: Nothing fancy... it's just a basic accommodation but everything works, good shower, good Wi-Fi, very clean, nice host. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Review: Miss Ten deserves 10 out of 10 as she really made my stay really comfortable and nothing was a problem - hospitality at its best. Slept really well too - if you're a light sleeper like me, choose a room with a window facing inside the house (staircase) on the 3rd floor .

Review: The room is good for stay a few nights given the price. What I like the most is bathroom. Despite the room is not that big, but the shower is spacious. The room in the water is cheaper than the grocery. You can buy from them. My only concern are that the hot shower is not hot enough in my room, and the gate will not be open 24. Please tell the hotel staff the time you will come back.

Review: We are so lucky that we selected this homestay. Miss Ten and her husband were so kind and welcoming. It felt like we were coming home. Her husband came and picked up us from Da Nang even though the flight was delayed over an hour. She gave us a lot of tips and advice for sightseeing and shopping in Hoi An. She even offered for us to send her a photo of what we were planning to buy and she would tell us what is a reasonable price as most of the time tourists pay a higher price.
Even though it is a homestay, there is a bathroom in the room, which is no different to staying in a hotel.
The location is fantastic, it is only a 2 minute walk to the old town.
We will definitely come back to this homestay if we get a chance to visit Vietnam again.

Review: Have read many good reviews but very disappointed during my staying in Miss Ten. She seems just be nice and kind with foreigners. When we arrived, she just gave keys without smile. Room is clean but no blanket, only the duvet cover. When we asked for the blanket and more pillows, she looked annoyed and said that why we want too much (????) then she just gave one duvet, and said “no more pillows” (??) She closed door and turned all lights off at around 9pm. We felt uncomfortable staying there, we paid for room but no service and feel like in jail. Also when we checked out, she directly came into the room without knocking door at 11.30am and asked us return room. We gave room back around 12.10pm, she was unhappy and didn’t ask if guests feel comfortable or not, also no say goodbye.
Very disappointed, never come back again !!!!
