Review: Had a memorable stay with the hotel which was largely due to the wonderful service and amazing room

Positive points: Genuine premium feel, very clean, super hospitable staff - who really looked after me after my 15.5hr journey in which I arrived at sunrise and couldn’t quite check in. I really appreciated the high level of service here and the at-home feel they all gave. Location was really great too, in walking distance to the places you’d really want to be in Hanoi.

Review: I arrive at the location at 6 am - way before our check-in timing because I took the sleeper train. The receptionist, Sun, kindly offered us to use the massage room to rest while we are waiting for breakfast. This and other instances like showing us to the room and bringing us out to take the taxi was really really kind of them. She even gave us cute gift during our departure. Really good stay, good people.

Positive points: Great location to all main attractions and city centre. Room very comfortable and quiet even when close to the centre. Staff were very helpful with organising trips, taxis etc

Review: We stayed for 4 nights at this hotel and had a wonderful time. All staff were excellent. Everyone was very friendly and helpful and went out of their way to assist. We highly recommend this hotel.

Dilantha and Thivanka

Positive points: We had a quick one night stay after returning from Ha Giang Loop but the service of the staff here lasted almost a week as they arranged for transport and held our bags even before we stayed there. The staff went above and beyond, kind and friendly. The rooms are very well appointed, luxury with softest sheets we’ve experienced in Asia and robes and slippers were cherries on top. Breakfast buffet + menu gave us options, especially with vegetarian and gluten /celiac needs.

Positive points: Great location an easy walk to old town and shops, lake, and good restaurants. Rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast on the top floor was nice with amazing views. Staff are super nice and welcoming.

Review: Before arriving in Hà Nội, I sent a few emails to enquirer about our room arrangements, airport transfers and cruise trips to Ha Long Bay. The hotel is very responsive and answered all my questions. The general manager Steve, customers service manager Jamie, the front desk Sun, Dile and Gray at the restaurant and all the staff at the hotel are very hospitable, friendly, helpful and approachable. The location is superb, close to a lot of famous attractions and recommended eating places. Everything is just within walking distance. Will definitely come back to stay in this hotel again if I return to Hà Nội.

Positive points: Breakfast included everything I was interested in eating and staff were very kind and efficient. We were travelling with a 1 year old so their attention was particularly appreciated.

Review: Beautiful rooms, we upgraded to a room with a balcony and windows, the staff were so friendly and accommodating, the sky bar and restaurant were lovely too serving delicious food and drinks, great location walking distance to everything! Would highly recommend I loved this place :)

Positive points: I would give this place a 5-star rating without hesitation. The location is perfect, the room was spotless, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch. But what truly sets this place apart is the exceptional service. I've traveled a lot, but I've never experienced such genuine warmth and kindness from the staff. They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable, and it really made all the difference. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Review: This hotel is in a greatest location, right in the middle of the centre of the Old Quarter area. Great for street shopping all day. The staffs are wonderful especially Hung at the reception. Breakfast was super with plenty of selections. We will definitely be back.

Positive points: Staff were amazing and incredibly attentive and warm. The location was 10/10, within walking distance of all the main spots we wanted to see. Our room was a great size and cleaned impeccably every day. The breakfast buffet and al la carte options were great, plus the restaurant manager and staff were always ensuring our every need was met (bonus: the coffee was so good!). Will definitely return if we are ever in Hanoi again!
