Positive points: good location, everything nearby, big apartment, clean

Review: The location of the hotel is convenient and close to the beach. We were two couples there and one of us had a birthday during our stay. The reception lady miss Suong helped us in decorating room and arranging birthday cake so that we could surprise the birthday girl. We will definitely recommend Maple suite in Da Nang.

Positive points: I liked that it was just a street away from the main road so I didn't hear the cars so much, but still within walking distance to the beach. There are plenty of coffee shops around too. The staff were very welcoming and spoke good English so communication wasn't an issue.

Review: We stayed here for 3 nights in December 2019. It was only recently open so the hotel is quite new - clean and spacious rooms but some of the finishes seem a bit rushed. For the price we paid though (less than £10/night on special) it was really excellent value. The location is ok, there are some restaurants around (mostly Korean) and some Grab food delivery options but its not in the centre of the action. Theres alot of building work around so may be noisy. The staff are very enthusiastic but the service needs some refining and they seem inexperienced e.g. they entered the room multiple days despite there being a DND sign on the door, and housekeeping came as early as 9am which is too early in most places. They did try to help when asked though. Overall though, a good option for the price!

- Điều hoà không chỉnh được hướng gió, đêm bị lạnh quá.
- Bể bơi thích hợp cho cả trẻ nhỏ nhưng hơi nắng vào ban ngày.

Positive points: This hotel has well-designed spacious rooms with excellent amenities especially comfortable beds. The staff are really helpful in addressing various queries and their recommendation of some of the tours was great! I highly recommend this places for a vacay!
