Review: Toilet leaked a bit when you flushed, internet connection wasn't the best, staff where lovely, I didn't like how the receptionist boy wanted to keep my passport over night on the first night because he didn't have the change as I paid on the spot and the airport runner he recommended was 3x a grab so book your own transport

Review: I really enjoyed my time at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was awesome. I would say you have to walk around 10 minutes from the hotel to the beach but it is located at a pretty good place. Overall, it was a 10/10 experience for me.

Review: It's good value if you can get a cheap rate, I booked late and price was quite high compared to the quality of the hotel. Negatives: very noisy family in room on same floor and thin walls. Bedding is quite old and marked.

Review: Nice and clean. Easy access to many small restaurant & eateries around. Also at ground level the hotel have a coffee shop. Its about 20min walk to the beach.

Review: Clean and quiet. Value for money. Lots of restaurant around walking distance. Takes about 30 mins to walk to the beach. Can easily hail e-hailing (Grab,etc)services to go anywhere from the hotel.. The hotel staff are very helpful and friendly. Ms.qwin can speak English. Good coffee shop down at the hotel. Don't think this hotel serves food.

Review: У нас была светлая комната с окнами. Дверь в ванную заедала, окно в ванной было сломано, но это всё было малозначительно почему-то. Мы были рады чистой светлой комнате. Есть также стол рабочий. Сотрудница улыбчивая и хорошо говорит на английском языке

Review: Worst staffs ever. They had thousands of reasons for guests not to check in the room in advance the time allowed. They did not respond to guests' request and had no one on period of duty to support guests when necessary. Neglectful hotel staffs ever.
Room facilities are enough for basic requirements and reasonable prices. Room door and walls are not noise-proof. Bad choice for trip

English was not well understood when I checked in but they were pleasant so I did not mind.

The big issue that I had with this place is - I purchased a room with breakfast and was told that breakfast is served at 6:30am. When we went to get breakfast at 6:30am nothing was available. We waited until just after 7am and spoke to the worker. They came down and told us that they are not making breakfast because there is only few guests..... They would provide us instant noodles and water. After noticing our immediate upset they offered phõ and water... I had to argue with the guy to include a coffee as a part of breakfast
