Review: Don’t let the pictures fool you. Unfinished pool area, and unfinished kitchen areas

Positive points: A delightful retreat! Great value hotel with friendly and helpful reception staff. My room was spotlessly clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed with all the comforts one could wish for. The bed was amazingly comfortable and I enjoyed stunning views of the city’s skyline from my window. The location is incredibly convenient. There are many affordable cafes, restaurants, and local spas right around the corner. For your daily necessities, there are also several minimarts and 24-hour supermarkets in the vicinity. Awesome views from the rooftop pool. Convenient luggage storage service is available. I can’t wait to return! Highly recommended!

Review: I’m satisfied with my choice of staying at Nam. Pls be noted it’s a bit inconvenient if you need a parking space for your car (outdoor, parking on the street which should be eligible for odd-even parking regulations- you should run downstairs end of the day to move your car to the other side of the street accordingly), no breakfast

Good accommodation

Positive points: Tbh everything is amazing and worth its money. They clean daily, rooms are nice, the lift is fast and the pool, on the roof, is awesome.

Review: We were overcharged, (double!) because we used both bathrooms in our double room.
We were NOT told this and obviously wouldn't have used them had we known...
The receptionist was unhelpful and quite rude.
The room was NOT clean, it was full of ANTS and the fridge didn't work.

The Spa is no longer available and the rooftop bar simply doesn't exist.

I would strongly recommend anyone to find an alternative place to stay and not be fooled by the misleading summary they advertise.
This is one of the worst hotels I have stayed in anywhere.

Book elsewhere to avoid the disappointment we suffered.

The only saving grace is it was only one night!

We stayed in a suite on the 15th floor which was clean and comfortable.
