Review: Room was small but it was close to the beach and on the plus side you could rent a bike from the hotel which was awesome

Review:
It’s about an 8-minute walk to My Khe Beach, where you’ll find a few cafes and seafood restaurants nearby. The "Do Not Disturb" and "Make Up Room" lights don't work in the room. The room itself is a bit small, leaving little space to move around once the luggage is placed. The air conditioning is cold, and the room is reasonably clean. The breakfast selection is limited but tasty. However, it’s not ideal to see the staff gambling in the hotel lobby. The morning reception staff can speak both Chinese and English, but the night shift staff seems to have limited proficiency in those languages. The hotel has two pools on the rooftop, offering a great night view. You can see the Dragon Bridge from there, which is quite impressive.

Positive points: Great breakfast buffet. Really helpful, friendly staff. Room was basic but fine.

Positive points: Great Location, amazing staff! We were treated like royalty and became great friends with both Chilli (front desk manager) and Khang (server & bartender extraordinaire)! So kind, funny, professional, informative and helpful with EVERYTHING!

Positive points: This hotel is the ideal location close to everything you need daily. Staff are so welcoming and helpful. Thanks Chilli for being very helpful and to all reception Staff. You're all doing a great job 👏 Thanks Anna and to all the restaurant staff too. Highly recommend 👌

Review: Lobby staff is very good

Positive points: Staff were very accommodating from check in, daily room service, reception enquiries, buffer breakfast etc highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Danang. Location is so convenient to restaurants, laundromat, cafes etc I'd like to mention staff Chilli at reception went extra mile to accommodate us when our son's flight schedule changed. Also Anna serving the most delicious pan cakes ever. Thank you ladies looking forward to be back in the near future 😘

Positive points: Great location, we had a room with a window with a nice view. The rooftop cafe also has a great view. Very friendly and welcoming staff. There is a swimming pool with a good view, Food is excellent and so is the breakfast with wide selection of food.Defintely recommend this place.
