Review: The hotel is placed at a good location, with friendly staff and good amenities. The reception is being helpful and pay a lot of attention to small details.
Small downside is that the room soundproof is average. But overall it was a great stay.

Positive points: Clean apartment, friendly and helpful front office staff, generally a comfortable place to stay. Some well priced, local cuisine, small restaurants in nearby streets.

Negative points: The location is a bit out of the main strip & walking there is via the highway over the bridge. The hotel is situated among many vacant blocks of land filled with rubbish. The walls between rooms are thin. We were woken up by a noisy 3 am arrival next door, then we heard ALL their nightly activities. Breakfast is make-it-yourself. Provided is a few processed products like packet noodles & tin of meat (something like spam). The only good thing were fresh eggs. A few cooking utensils supplied and nothing to wash them with (sorry to those staying after us, we used hand soap and wet tissues to wash the dishes with).

Positive points: The staff are friendly, courteous and very helpful.
The apartment is cleaned daily. The equipment is quite new and modern.
Easy access to the beach and all the iconic attractions of Da Nang.

Positive points: It is in a quiet community, and you can see the lively streets when you walk out. The equipment in the room is quite new and clean. The washing machine has a drying function, which brings a lot of convenience to my journey. The staff at the counter are kind and courteous, making it a convenient and comfortable place to stay.

Review: Very quiet and peaceful location. Rooms are clean and well air conditioned. The bathroom floor can get a bit slippery specially after showers. Very polite and helpful staff at the reception..

Positive points: Very good hotel you get for not much money
Clean bright room, washing machine with dry function will help you in that climate. Nice bathroom. 2 air conditioners in the room.
Nice cheerful administrators were helpful and very pleasant, thank you!
Everyday high quality cleaning.
Have its own motorbike parking.

Negative points: Some ugly people smoke in the nearby rooms( despite ist forbidden) so you can smell it
No sponge for washing the dished( thanks cleaners for doing it instead of me while cleaning the room)
Air conditioner dont work while you are not in the room so when you return its hot here.

Positive points: Was Clean, comfortable and location was Good. Staff were friendly.

Negative points: The description said Wash and dry Machine. But the dryer doesn't dry the clothes. And also Breakfast was make your own breakfast with ingredients provided.

Review: This is the first time I've found a hotel that I like so much. The room is a bit small but sufficient for two people to live in all the equipment and utensils are complete (there's a dryer, washing machine, microwave, etc.). The receptionists are friendly and enthusiastic. Next time I have a chance to visit Da Nang, I will definitely stop by The Home again.

Positive points: There is no regret with staying here. We had an amazing time. Especially these staffs are very lovely, kindly and having a good hospitality. Actually we extended our stay so we stayed here total 12 days.
The room is clean(thank you very much for housekeeper). There is a big mall near here around 10mins by walk and also we can easily to get Bank too. we need cash in Vietnam so its very helpful.
So super good location. Beach? soon. Do not worry.

Anyway if you are looking for some hotel, just decide here. time is money, save your time, use your time for the adventure of DaNang !!!

Positive points: New and clean
Comfortable
Easy Grab delivery
Space for eating and working
Nice TV with internet

Negative points: The shower got the bathroom wet. The breakfast was a package of noodles in our room. Towels too short, charged laundry soap.
It seemed expensive for what it was-for the same price @Risemont a 5 Star with an amazing breakfast and two pools.

Review: Got bited by ticks small insects while sleeping from the bed, the lights either too much or to little.

The good thing is not too much noise from streets like in the most parts if Danang, the noise is a general problem in Vietnam urbanism sadly.

Review: If you want a hotel to rest and relax, this is it! The rooms are fully equipped with Electrolux washing machine and microwave oven. Truly impressed!

Note: the free breakfast is DIY in your own room's kitchenette which is fine. I can wake up anytime I like to have breakfast in my underwear. Hehehe..
