The location is super convenient, near the Han River Bridge and the beach, right off a roundabout, making it easy to explore Da Nang. Plenty of convenience stores, cafes and restaurants are within walking distance.

The rooms and facilities are new, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff are incredibly friendly helpful.

Review: The staff cleaned the room each day and changed towels and sheets.
We hardly saw any other guests.
It could take up to 10 mins to run the water until it got hot.
The hairdryer fixed to the wall kept cutting out and the staff swapped it with another. The sink plug would not seal so having a wet shave wasn't so easy.
Upon arrival we had just 2 cups provided and a kettle. No teaspoons, no tea or coffee provided which should be a basic provision for a hotel at this price. I asked reception staff about tea and coffee and they said that they do not provide them. 🙁
All the staff were nice, including the motorbike security man. It's just a pity that the hotel owners weren't on the ball with tea, coffee and spoons. The wait for hot water wasn't so convenient.
2 TV's provided. Good international movies in English.
We were on the 7th floor and not troubled by any noise.
For the money, I have stayed at much better. Other reviews read exceptional, but it was far from exceptional. It was just OK.

Review: Mình book phòng vì thấy sảnh trên hình đẹp và giá cũng ok, vị trí lại gần trung tâm, thuận tiện đi lại. Khách sạn nằm ở khu Hàn Quốc nên xung quanh có nhiều quán Hàn, gần K-mart rất tiện. Phòng thì mình thấy bình thường, do nằm ở vị trí trung tâm nên ban đêm mở cửa sổ hơi ồn. Mình đặc biệt ấn tượng với thái độ phục vụ của lễ tân ở đây, giải quyết rất nhanh chóng và luôn niềm nở với khách hàng, ban ngày mình ra khỏi phòng và quay lại thì thấy phòng đã gọn gàng như mới, cho 100đ thái độ phục vụ ạ.
