SHI HOUSE

Review: Cozy, clean, and private. The accommodations had two rooms per floor, making it a quiet place to stay. The place is clean (except for some marks off the walls) and well maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful. Location was excellent - 2 doors down from Starbucks, across the street from k-mart and highlands coffee, very walkable area for our purpose of visiting friends & family nearby. The room I had was facing the street so a bit noisy. But I ran a white noise machine off my phone - worked out fine.

Positive points: the room wa amazing, with a view over the river (is not really next to it, but you see it very well).BIG large windows, and a very large clean room. with a kitchenet with microwave, ricecooker, washing machine, iron, stove, sink, kethel, fridge, a batroom with hair dryer, AC, amazing WIFI. The room was cleaned regularly, and when i get there was impeccable clean. Location is good, and easy to access it.

Positive points: What didn’t I like about SHI HOUSE by Haviland?!?! This was by far our favourite accommodation on a 2.5week trip! From the staff of Thu, Nam and Thao who were helpful, kind and just beautiful people to chat to as we came and went, to the spacious, quality rooms, there was nothing we could fault!
Close to supermarkets, coffee shops and delicious pho. It was close to the Dragon Bridge and an easy 25 minute walk to the beach. We found this accommodation to be a very convenient middle point for sightseeing to My Son, Marble Mountain, Coconut Forest, Hoi An and the Hai Van Pass.

Positive points: Probably the most comfortable accommodation of our 2 week trip. The room was exceptionally clean, spacious, and comfortable. Full sized fridge, kitchenette, plates and silverware, and bathtub all included! I would have been perfectly happy spending an entire week here.

Review: Room is very spacious and well equibed with amenities that are needed during our stay. Staffs are helpful and gave good recommendations on the activities that we can do at Danang. There are cafes, pharmacies and marts within walking distance too. Will definitely stay here again during our next visit.

Positive points: Very friendly and helpful staff, especially Ms. Hoang Nam Thu Thao. The room with nice view and neat, reasonable price, will return next time.

Review: strategic location

Positive points: Lovely large room, with superb shower, overlooking the Han River and Dragon Bridge. (If you are here on a Saturday or Sunday evening 9pm, walk to bridge for the dragon's head for the show). Location pretty good, about 10 mins walk to go under the bridge on hotel side for restaurants, shops and over the bridge for the hustle & bustle of Da Nang. It took us approx. 25 mins to walk to My Khe Beach but absolutely worth it, sat & had a few beers watching the world go by!

Review: Very nice and clean apartment located just 15min by walking to the dragon bridge and night market. Maybe if you want to go to the center, better pick a Grab.

Positive points: Awesome place.. has everything you need. washing machine, stove, TV etc. Room was real big and for the price you are paying the value is so much more than what you've paid for. :)

Positive points: The rooms are very clean and affordable. If you are Muslim, we highly recommend staying here because you can cook for yourself. Alternatively, if you prefer halal food, there is a halal restaurant just a 2-3 minute walk away.

Review: I recently had the pleasure of staying at Shi House by Haviland for nine wonderful days, and I can't recommend it highly enough. This hotel truly exceeded all my expectations.

From the moment I arrived, the attention to detail was evident. The amenities are top-notch, making my stay incredibly comfortable. I particularly appreciated the washing machine in the room, which was a lifesaver for my longer stay. The convenience of having a three-pin wall plug without the need for a universal adapter was a thoughtful touch that added to the overall ease of my visit.

What really stood out was the exceptional service. I accidentally left my driving license behind, and the staff went above and beyond to help me retrieve it. They promptly mailed it back to me in Singapore, which was a huge relief!

The ambiance of the hotel is both inviting and relaxing, making it the perfect retreat after a day of exploring.

Overall, I would give Shi House by Haviland a perfect 10 out of 10. If you’re looking for a place that combines comfort, convenience, and exceptional service, look no further!

Positive points: We had a great stay at SHI house. The apartments are very well furnished with everything you could wish for, the washing machine is an excellent addition. Bed was very comfortable, smart tv worked and the bathroom was a good size. It’s in a great location, everything is walkable and the dragon bridge is 10 minutes away. If you like running, there is a track 2 minutes away that is free to use. The staff were lovely and very helpful. Recommend staying here.
