Negative points: there is mould on the walls and joints, the building isn't very clean and the location is just annoying, walking anywhere is a mission and the nearest good coffee shop is a 10 min walk (but its a very nice coffee shop)

Negative points: it doesnt look like what i saw in the app. its really different, the outside is kinda okay but inside so shocking. the worse things is our room looks so terrible, the ceiling seems like was burnt before or some kind like that, and the floor is wet. totally looks so old and poor facilities inside

Negative points: I am not usually one to complain, because I know that I get what I pay for, and that was especially the case here. So, yes, now I will actually write this to warn others not to spend their money here. When I arrived at the hotel, there was a very big layer of dust underneath the bed. I told the staff on the first day, but they didn´t clean it up until I asked again the second day. The room was not very clean in general, and walking barefoot is definitely not something you want to do. The hotel is outdated. The curtains had several holes in them. The bedside table was broken and not stable, there was no bed light, so I had to get out of bed to turn on the light. The bathroom had no soap for your hands, when I arrived. I asked for soap, and I got soap delivered on a piece of paper that had already been used. Isn´t it common for hotels to have tiny handsoaps by the sink? Every day during "cleaning", I either didn´t get towels or toilet paper, and I had to ask for either one of them daily. The staff didn´t speak English very well, some not at all so it was difficult to say anything to them. The location was about 3 km from the center of Da Nang, so you would have to use Grab to book a bike or a car. In general, if I could give this place no stars, I would. But I will give it one. There were too many things wrong with this place, and you definitely get what you pay for. The bed was also rock hard and had a deep dent in the middle. On the bright side, there were at least no bed bugs. I wouldn´t recommend this hotel though. The pictures showing on this site are not what you actually get - I even saw some of the "better" bedrooms, which were really just the same as the budget option I had.

Negative points: Khách sạn sang tên đổi chủ hay sao tìm thì hơi cực tí phòng ốc móc meo, dọn không sạch, rõ để 3 sao nhưng đáp lại thua cả nhà nghỉ nữa. Dọn phòng xót lại cặp mi giả, phòng vệ sinh (cửa phòng tắm) trét keo lên nhìn thô, không cách âm, một đi không trở lại. Đặt trên booking đúng họ tên nhưng tới check thì nhầm họ tên ạ, thủ tục rõ ràng chuyên nghiệp, vị trí khá ok còn lại âm điểm.

Negative points: Lễ tân không chuyên nghiệp, phòng bẩn ( nhìn cái gương phòng tắm toàn bụi trên mặt gương). Giường thì keo sột sột.Tivi thì bật không lên, điều hòa thổi tiếng gió rất to..
