Lu Peaceful Homestay

Review: • room: Comfortable bed, decent privacy curtain, good lockers
• Bathroom - separate from room but there are only 2 for whole floor of dorm. But they were clean and had good shower pressure and hot water
• small area to sit, sinking room to eat, kitchen you can use to cook which is AMAZING
• location - 10-15 minute grab ride to city center. Not great but not terrible

Review: The owner, Thu opened my rented room window. I turned the Air Conditioner on, snd later she yelled at me for opening the window! She absolutely had no respect towards me. Things she kept nagging about afterwards were just horribled. People do yourself a favour, stay away from this place!!

Positive points: The receptionist Nga was charming. Shower was hot. They locked up my motorbike for me at night.

Review: The host is cheerful and friendly. The homestay is clean and airy. It's very quiet even though there are many people. I will definitely book again next time.

Positive points: The ambience of the place is just like home. It's very peaceful and relaxing.It really gives me quiet and peaceful vibes. The owner, Ms. Lu is very kind, considerate, and hospitable to all the guests. She always keeps the hostel clean and tidy. She is very accommodating. You can cook without a charge. She can help you grab food online. She said she travelled a lot of places, which is why I think she understands the needs of a back-packer. She even drove me to Lady Buddha and spent some solemn and quiet time there, which I appreciate the most and let me roam around the city and tried some delicious and authentic food of Da Nang. I had a nice conversation with her because she can speak English well. Her staff name Nga is very nice and kind, too and can speak English too. She accompanied me after work to the Dragon Bridge and had some tea because I am a solo traveller. They made my stay in Da Nang more fun and unforgettable. The place is super clean. They do a laundry service, and they will help you book a tour whenever you want to go to some places like Ba na hills. They have a motorbike for rent. It's just very cheap. They got all that you need as tourists in a place. You won't feel alone. Exceptional service for a very low price. Highly recommend. I shall be back for sure

Review: My mom and I stayed here for a night because we had an early flight the next day. The staff that helped us check in was friendly and gave us tips on places to eat and booking apps. The room itself was very good for the price and the guesthouse was not too far away from the nearest convenience store/cafeteria

There are shops nearby, the hostel is in a very quiet neighborhood, so the vibe of the place is calm and peaceful.

And of course Lu — the owner of the hostel. Such a wonderful person! I am so grateful to you for keeping this place at such a high level.

Review: I booked a room with 6 beds, it was 10 beds. The fee included breakfast but NO breakfast. Limited toilets. No soap or shampoo. Pay 10k dong for towel. Have to pay for filtered water. Owner/operator doesn't take responsibility for anything I mentioned. Location: it'll cost you an extra 40-60K VND to get back to the hostel from the main road, Fine Bien Phu. Argumentative sn disrespectful owner.

Location is in a beautiful area surrounding homes are stunning, relaxing feel, great restaurants and commutable everywhere. Clean hostel. Incredible host very friendly and knowledgeable about everything. Loved all of you recommendations, Lu. Looking forward to staying again.

Positive points: The owner was super kind and invited me to visit temples and have meals together, taking us there by motorcycle. There were also some long-term guests, and everyone was friendly and I had a great time. There are many local restaurants in the surrounding area. You can use the kitchen and fridge as well. I would like to come back again!! See you again Lu~~!!
