Review: Everything good . The only drawback is location, is on the quieter side. Good for those looking for a relax and calm place to stay.

Positive points: Clean, comfortable bed, great balcony and view. Restaurant staff brilliant and friendly. Breakfast wonderful. Large unheated pool cool but clean.

Review: The resort offers fantastic facilities, including a well maintained pool, ample parking space and beautiful garden. The staff were friendly and attentive and the rooms were spacious and clean. Overall it was a great experience.

Positive points: Location, staff both at front reception and restaurant were absolutely amazing and genuinely friendly.
Could not have asked for a better and spacious room with a balcony and proximity to old town.

Review: Our stay was very relaxing
Staff at breakfast and at pool were exceptional. Room was clean. Only problem we had was noise from outside the room during late hours of night and very early mornings. Door slamming and children were very loud. But that's not on the hotel that's on the other quests. Overall our stay was great and we had a great time.

Positive points: Rooms, cleanliness, staff and comfort. Our room was a 10/10. We had a gorgeous room, beautifully furnished and so comfortable. Felt like real luxury. a special thanks to ANNA, TRACY and the staff in the breakfast room.

Positive points: I recently enjoyed a 5 night stay at Le Pavillion. The hotel is in a tranquil riverside setting, the rooms are spacious and so comfortable, with beautiful views. The facilities are all excellent, I used the gym which was well equipped for my needs. Most of all, the staff here are wonderful and do everything to make sure your stay is memorable!. The hotel is a pleasant 15-20 min walk into town. Bicycles are also provided. Special mention to Ana, Tracy, Hanna & Yang - for their kindness and courtesy to me each day. I highly recommend staying here and would have no hesitation to return again!

Review: Beautiful hotel. Prime location close to the pedestrian street.
- Pros: Many furnishings, convenient storage. The bathroom is well-stocked with supplies. The room is bright and clean. Delicious breakfast.
- Cons: I was upgraded to a Superior category, but I found the area quite small. There is no motorcycle parking, only on the curb outside the hotel, and there is nothing to shade the motorcycle from the sun in the afternoon (if you ride a motorcycle) and I also didn't see the hotel providing any shelter for guests' motorcycles. At night, I just left it on the curb and locked the handlebars. There is no dedicated parking area.

Positive points: Beautiful pool, amazing staff (especially Tracy, William and Lien!), spacious and very clean room, and great location just out of the hustle and bustle, but with food options just a short walk away and easy Grabs into the centre.

Review: One of the nicer hotels I stayed at during my two week trip up from South to North.

It’s a relaxed atmosphere, nice rooms, staff are friendly and want to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

I was the only one to use the gym but it was ok. Could maybe do with a flat bench in there and a cable machine to replace the pull down machine that’s currently in place.

Breakfast was fine, I noticed breakfast throughout my stays were fairly similar. You’ll find something to eat.

Takes around 25 min walk to get to the centre of the old town (Hoi An Bridge with the boats, lights etc) but along the walk is plenty of nice places to stop for coffee and browse shops etc.

I did quickly come to realise that when locals were stopping me being polite and asking me about my stay, they weren’t just being nice, they were trying to get me to go to their tailor shop. Ended up knowing the patter (usually involved them saying “lovely jubly” as if that would warm them to me).

All in all, I’d stay here again.

Positive points: We absolutely loved our stay, our room sizes were generous! The staff was absolutely amazing!!! The Buffet every morning was delicious, such a fantastic assortment each day.

Review: Hotel is wonderful, although about 20 min walk from centre of old town. Staff and amenities were excellent, good value for money. Can borrow a bike to ride to town, but bikes could be upgraded.

Positive points: The hotel is in a quiet location yet close to town. The room was spacious. I had an excellent massage at the Spa.

Review: This is a good hotel, with very friendly staff, but currently there are very loud renovations happening next to the hotel. These started at 6.30am in the morning, both Saturday and Sunday when we stayed.

Positive points: Location away from the noisy centre. Friendly staff, great breakfast, nice pool, free use of bikes, large rooms.
