Hovi De Villa

Review: The Hovi De Villa sent me and my friend to another hotel near them called My Hotel, which wasn't worth what we paid as it's very old and very dirty.

Review: Be in a small lane so hotel is so quiet, but still in center of Hanoi. The staff, especially receiptionist is so nice and gentle. I liked her so much. The room is so clean, fresh. I suggested you choose the room with balcony, sit down and enjoy quiet atmosphere is the best. 5* for this hotel.

Review: The hotel was excellent and I enjoyed my stay with them. The only down side was that the family room was on 5th floor and I had old parents with me and it became very difficult for them climb up everytime when we went outside. Probably they should mention this thing in the description so that so that old ppl won't book this room. The rest everything was fine and the staff was excellent with a welcoming smile

Review: they need to replace the bed in my room. you need to turn on lights all the time due to darkness.

Review: We stayed 5 nights in a double room, in the 5 floor. nThe room looks very clean and comfortable.nThe only two problems were you have to take the stairs and the noise from the room in the front. (costumers unrespectfull)n

Review: You can connect to Netflix on the TV! The hotel is quiet, and close to so many great local restaurants. This is my home in Hanoi, I've been here twice already. Staff is very kind (especially Nga). They do not have an elevator, but staff are more than willing to help you with your bags.
