Positive points: Great location and super nice flat

Positive points: Very clean, perfect air conditioning, a lot of hot water. A lot of space and storage. Quiet location, which was really nice. We thought it would be closer to old quarter, but it was a 20-25 min walk. And it was outside of all the pickup areas offered by tours, so keep that in mind. On a more “negative” side, the staff was 100% non existent. Never once in 4 days did we see them (we did get a room clean on the third day though). But there is no reception and if you want recommendations on places to go, to eat or if you want help to book activities, well you’re on your own a little. Seeing as Hanoi is such a central hub and booking things is rather easy from here, it didn’t bother us too much, but still, to keep in mind. Lastly, everything was super clean, shower too, but there was quite a bit of mold on one side of the shower.

Positive points: Design, comfort, the room was big!

Positive points: Best value of our trip. Nice little place to use as a base in a quieter area but full of coffee shops. For us, better than staying in the old quarter. We liked walking. Staff super easy to communicate with through WhatsApp and easy self check in

Positive points: A new hotel in the historical center. The room was absolutely like in the picture. The bed was very comfortable, the bedding was clean and really good quality.

Positive points: The location is just a 15min walk from the old quarters but it's a quieter and perfect to escape the touristy ambience. The room is spacious, clean and modern. There is a big table if you need to work on your laptop. The bed is super comfortable and the room is quiet.

Positive points: Super comfortable, super clean and modern apartments. Perfect for those who travel and work - there is work table in the apartments and kitchen with all facilities.

Positive points: Larger than I think, the bed is very comfortable, nice and modern furniture. I love the cityview and free gym machine. Nice staff, housekeeper and late night security man.
