Review: great location. good staff, poor facilities can be improved to rent for a higher price

Negative points: SUPER LOUD, could hear every noise from the hall, the phone at the front desk, the next room and the room on the other floor and from the stairs, even could hear car noise from outside even though there was no window in the roomnnthe room is old and tirednnthe bathroom had no door handlennCOCKROACHES IN THE ROOM! put cups on them, could not kill them, asked front desk for help and left. the girl was so surprised they had cockroaches and promised to solve the problem. after coming back the cups with cockroaches were still on its place.nnfridge in the room was extremely loud, not good while people trying to sleep at nightnnevery night there were pay-by-hour clients, that is what this hotel is actually for

Review: The hotel is still close to the center, but it's outside of the tourist area, which really helped us to see Hanoi in a different way. The staff was really nice and helpful. We used their laundry service, everything was ready the next day. It was also cheaper than the hotels in the Old Quarter but the room was great.
