Positive points: Apartment was really big and spacious and even had a balcony. Only reason we changed to a different stay in Hanoi is because this one is just out of the center ring

Positive points: I had a really pleasant stay here. First of all, the location is excellent—very convenient for getting around, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.rnrnThe room was spotless, well-maintained, and felt very comfortable from the moment I walked in. The host was incredibly friendly and always ready to help, offering great local recommendations.rnrnOne highlight was a pub with affordable prices, great drinks, and a cozy atmosphere—definitely worth a visit! I would absolutely stay here again if I return.

Positive points: It was a lovely stay in a quiet street next to many restaurants, atms and 20 min walk from Old Quarter.nThe flat had everything that could be needed for a long stay. The pub was nice too.

Positive points: The self contained studios are very cheap for its size and amenities.

Negative points: I didn’t like that the location on Google and Grab did not match my actual location. Worst, that this was not communicated upfront.

Positive points: The studio is just 5 mins of walking away from the old quarter, which tells the perfect location of this place. But what you get is a spacy studio with a super budget-friendly fee and a place where you feel like home.

Positive points: This is the first hotel in Hanoi that is that clean and has everything you need. The staff is amazing, Ha offered me twice for free laundry and did an amazing job, she has a super good energy as well overall amazing stay here great kitchen great bathroom even with heaters in the shower and the bed is super comfortable 10 out of 10.

Positive points: The room is fine, and the kitchen wasn't too bad.

Negative points: We had read the reviews about the noise sometimes, but little did we know... That the room door is right by the Pub's bathroom. Yeah, you read that right. And it has 0 insulation, so you can literally hear everyone going to the bathroom as if there was no door at all (or talking nearby it, as it happens in Pubs). Also, I'm not even sure at what time the Pub is supposed to close, in Google Maps it says 2am every day, but we were woken up at 2:30am and the music was still going, so...nnOther than the noise, the room has no mobile reception and no ventilation at all. Don't worry about light coming into the windows, because none of them give to the exterior... or an interior even, they are just against concrete walls. To make matters worse, the wifi is a bit spotty, and given that you can't use the internet in your mobile phone either (remember, no reception), you can be completely isolated at times. One morning the wifi was down for 30 minutes after waking up, so we had to go to a nearby cafe just to be able to use the internet (I wonder what's the point of the room then, if neither sleep nor wifi are reliable).nnAnd 24-hours front desk? Yeah, right! There is no desk at all. If you're lucky, sometimes you'll find some of the cleaning ladies around, but otherwise there isn't anyone. They even gave us the wrong door codes (twice), but were lucky to find some personnel who knew them. All communication with the hotel happened online (except payment and check-in).nnThere were also some small annoyances, like misleading pictures (the chair from the desk was missing), uncomfortable bathroom (you have to climb some stairs for the toilet, and the AC water drains into the shower), close to 0 utensils and amenities in the kitchen (no oil, spices, or cooking paddle), etc.nnHonestly, I don't think this should really be a hotel room at all.

Positive points: Amazing host Dang, took me to a nearby convenience store at 2am and even offered me a fresh glass of orange juice upon arrival! Room has everything you need.

Negative points: No view, room is a little dark
