Positive points: Great location near shopping and about 10-15 minutes away by Grab to other attractions. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops nearby, including a great bun cha place around the corner. Also a nice spa just a few steps down the street. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful!

Positive points: The breakfast was very good with plenty of options. The location is good. It's a part of town you might miss if you weren't staying there but it is worth exploring and has good shopping options. The staff were all very helpful and professional.

Review: Spent some time here to retreat from the madness of Vietnam, great room with a balcony, very clean, awesome shower. It is a little way from the centre but that’s precisely what we wanted. It’s only a 25000 grab ride, so no problems.

Positive points: Out of the hustle and bustle and about a 20 minute walk to the lake and the old quarter, this was a very comfortable hotel. The breakfast had lots of choices and many of the items changed daily. The front desk staff were very helpful as well. Good value for the room. Oh, and the bed was comfortable and the room had good A/C!

Positive points: The staff was very friendly and helpful, Alice at the front desk was a special one kind and thoughtful in helping us with all sorts of planning and nassuring our comfort. It’s a relatively new hotel and beautifully designed with lots of elegant features. The room was spacious and very well equiped. We love the breakfast buffet that offer a combination of local and Western food.

Positive points: This boutique hotel was one of three hotels I have stayed and was the highlight of my trip to Hanoi. Very friendly and welcoming staff always attending to you. Rosie offered breakfast to my booking and the food was quite gourmet I must say, beyond my expectations. A buffet with variety and exquisite taste. nThe hotel is new and very clean. Staff well trained and professional. nI stayed 3 days and intend on coming back soon. This hotel is definitely a great choice if you’re looking for money value, neighborhood, and food.nOn a quiet street block not far from park and shops. Hoan Kiem Lake is not too far .nI really had a great experience which is very hard to have nowadays. nThe rooms are just like the pictures.

Positive points: Great species room, new and clean. In the bathroom the only thing needs to be fix is adding a shelves that could carry the soap, shampoo… other than that it was perfect location, staff were very kind and helpful. Location was outside of the mess and noise but still very close. Loved it! Bed was comfy..
