Review: The room is clean, located in the center, making it very convenient to get around. The room is fully furnished and quite quiet, making it a worthwhile experience. However, since it's near the market, the street can be a bit dirty, and the alley can often have cockroaches in the evening :(((.

Review: We booked a 5th-floor room for 4 people at a reasonable price, and the room was very clean and fragrant, with all the necessary amenities, a quiet place to rest, and attentive, warm staff. There was also a balcony to relax outside in the fresh air. Overall, we are satisfied with our experience here. Thank you very much, Bens homestay. We hope to see you again in the future!

Positive points: Comfortable apartment style accommodation with great self catering facilities and good location for visiting the old town by foot. It's tucked away down a little alleyway so not so easy to find. The local area also has some nice restaurants to visit.

Review: Overall, it was different with information which provided by Agoda website. Address was different.(seems to operate 2 other building) I booked room with bath but they told me it was on the construction. I found many bugs(ants). Because it is cheap, I didn't expect much though, I upset that there are many things are changed from information I checked in Agoda website. (they even denied their room was posted in Agoda)

Positive points: The facility is new and hyper clean and well equipped with all amenities. Furthermore, it is in a quiet alley far from the hassle of the city, but close enough to old Town and other monuments by Grab or Walk. We also like Mrs Ha who was quite helpful with everything we needed and responded to our inquiries in real time.

Review: Đi HN cũng trên 5 lần rồi nhưng chỗ này là ưng nhất nè. nPhòng ốc đầy đủ tiện nghi, có bếp có nồi, 3h sáng đi concert về đã thực sự ngồi ăn mì =)))nAn ninh vừa phải, có điều hẻm hơi hẹp nên dắt xe cần khéo để ý chút chứ nhỡ lại phiền nhà hàng xóm. Staff nhiệt tình, nửa đêm gọi hỗ trợ vẫn nghe máy =)))nĐã đặt phòng tiếp để quay lại vào hè này nha

Positive points: The location was good, it was a good size apartment with a fully equipped kitchen.

Review: Chính xác những gì bạn muốn nếu bạn đang tiết kiệm ngân sách, phòng cực kỳ sạch sẽ, các tiện nghi cơ bản đều ổn! Không quá xa trung tâm, bạn có thể đi xe máy hoặc taxi trong 5 phút. Chủ nhà sẽ làm mọi cách để giúp bạn làm thủ tục nhận phòng. WiFi rất tốt, và còn có một ban công nhỏ, bạn thực sự không thể phàn nàn về giá.

Positive points: this is my third review haha. I stayed 3 times here during my 20 day stay in Hanoi and every time it got better :) Tony let me stay in their VIP room for 1 night and it is amazing!

Positive points: Very well located not too far from the old quarter in a quieter area but with accessibility to everything. The rooms were big, comfortable and clean. Nice small kitchen in the room with all the utensils and 24 hour filtered drinking water availability. rnHan is very supportive and she went out of her way to help us on each and everything we needed or wanted to know about the city. She is a rockstar.
