Review: They have no lift in hotel you have to up and down several time

Positive points: Excellent service from friendly staff, clean and comfortable room with nice view. Great location, easy to explore Hanoi. Excellent breakfast with lots of choice and very much to our taste.

Positive points: Staff were amazing, super friendly and helpful. All tours and Halong Bay Cruise all pre booked via the hotel were also fantastic. Great location. Will definitely stay again when next in Hanoi.

Review: I wanted a room change from twin to double, which was what I booked for. The staff agreed only after a third request, and they had even said they had run out of spare rooms. Rooms in the middle are claustrophobic. Didn’t try the breakfast because there was nothing special. Many eateries around hotel.

Positive points: The location of the hotel is great, everything is close. The staff is very attentive and friendly. The breakfast really very well varied and with fresh goods. The beds were very good and the bathroom very large.

Review: Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. 3 stars felt like 4. Location is good, not far form the center of Hanoi. Room was spacios, clean, well equipped and with good interior design. Hotel staff is super friendly and helpful! Breakfast was very good, though not as diverse. Overall a great place to stay in Hanoi!

Positive points: This is a difficult review, because I ended up being upgraded so I feel bad saying negative things. I had to move rooms twice on the second day due to a strong, unpleasant smell from the bathroom pipes, the second room being worse than the first. Management upgraded me to a suite on the third move, and while it was a huge room, the best part was there was no foul smell! Staff was pleasant. Hotel is only a few blocks to Reunification Park, a beautiful huge park with a lake, and is where local Vietnamese people exercise and hang out. Breakfast was okay, though the Vietnamese offerings were better than the Western.
