Review: I don't like that hotel. Hotel is too bad. Elevator is too narrow. In my room, refrigerator is not work. Most of Stuff can't speak English. It is too far from old quarter. Location is too bad. And environment of the hotel is too bad.

Review: Not a great stay, especially if you want to be near the action.nThe hotel’s over 2.7 km from the Old Quarter with no shops or restaurants nearby—needed a cab for everything, and traffic made even short trips long. The place felt empty. No breakfast included, and when we tried it once, it was stale with very few options. They charge 4% extra for card payments, no invoice was shared. No welcome drink was given, despite being mentioned in the booking.. There was no bell cart, and a staff member just watched as we dragged our bags. Late checkout? Only if you pay 30k VND per extra hour. Hallways were cluttered with mattresses and cleaning carts most of the time. Rooms were okay, but overall, not worth it.

Positive points: Facilities were really nice, the room was large and big while the beds were relatively comfortable, while only staying for one night I enjoyed the room. flat tv, the ac was fine, most facilities were in good condition.

Review: Bad start when checking in. Girl in reception wanted harcopy visa or won't allow us to check in even though we've paid. Eventually after lengthy duscussion, she realised passport visa showing entry stamp was enough and allowed us to check in. We had long morning and this did not leave good impression to stay. We realise.this is part of.their check but they did.not need hard copy visa to see, passport already have evidence. Almost walked out from this hotel. Once checked in, bathroom flooded on showering which they fixed was good. But room is run down and.needs serious maintenance. Ceiling was mould/ black stains, cupboard shelve split, aircon spititng water wet the bed, doors bathroom har to close. Staff unwilling to.heat up food. Said microwave not working, believe she lied as they have restaurant downstairs. Overall stayed 5 nights. Wasnt pleasant stay overall. Location was poor. Very local food stalls , looks unhygenic. Would not ever come back to this hotel or recommend it. Hope the owner see this. Very unhappy with your staff and how they treated our family.n.

Review: This review is for the standard room only. The bathroom shower had wood planks. Even though the wood was painted, the wood would grow mold because of the water. I had to cut my stay short even after going to another room because of the way they renovated the shower. The hotel staff was great and assisted me on getting a refund.
