Positive points: The receptionist was very helpful and very friendly! nThe location was perfect because my boyfriend was in the hospital, only a 5 minute walk from Hanoi French Hospital.nThe air conditioning was working very well and there was warm water.

Negative points: The bed was very hard, wifi and reception in the room was bad.nIt smelled a little musty in the room.

Review: Close to the main road but cars have to be parked outside, amenities are sufficient, the room is quite okay but the soundproofing is not very good, the towels feel quite rough to me.

Negative points: Nhân viên ko nói rõ check in sớm sẽ phát sinh 120k chỉ báo lúc check out sẽ thanh toán số tiền trên.Không thông báo rõ cho khách tổng chi phí hết là bao nhiêu,lơ mơ không rõ ràng.Khiến mình khá thất vọng🙂hy vọng các bạn làm việc cẩn thận và chỉn chu hơn!!Thân ái

Review: - What I like the most is the enthusiastic and friendly staff who always make it easy for customers. nI booked 2 rooms, one for myself and one for a friend from 5 PM, but by 8 PM my friend had not arrived, so I went down to the reception to cancel the room I had reserved for them. The reception was not difficult at all. In other places, if you book a room from 5 PM to 8 PM and want to cancel, the reception would definitely not agree.nIf I come to Hanoi again, I will still return.

Positive points: Với tầm giá như thế này thì cũng không mong đợi gì hơn. Phòng ốc sạch sẽ thoáng mát. Nhà vệ sinh sạch sẽ đầy đủ tiện nghi. Địa điểm dễ tìm, xung quanh nhiều hàng quán ăn thuận tiện việc ăn uống. Gần khu các trường đại học lớn của Hà Nội.

Negative points: Đặt phòng nhưng lúc đến lại chưa có phòng. Tuy nhiên cũng đã được sắp xếp qua một phòng khác. Cần cải thiện điểm này về sau. Nhân viên nam tiếp tân không quá niềm nở
