Review: I recently stayed at Camellia Residences Hanoi for just one night, but it was such a comfortable and enjoyable experience that I’ll definitely stay here again on my next visit. The hotel’s design is spectacular, with incredible attention to detail—you can tell a lot of thought and care went into creating both the space and the guest experience.nnOne of the standout features was the in-room washer and dryer, something I’ve never seen before at a hotel in Vietnam. It was such a convenient perk, especially for travelers on longer trips. The room itself was spacious, beautifully decorated, and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay.nnThe staff were also wonderful—friendly, accommodating, and always ready with great recommendations. Even after I checked out, they held my bags so I could explore the city freely before my evening flight.nnThe hotel is in a fantastic location, with tons of restaurants and coffee shops just steps away, making it easy to experience Hanoi’s incredible food and café culture. It also offers easy access to shopping and the city center while still providing a quiet retreat from the busier parts of Hanoi.nnOverall, Camellia Residences exceeded my expectations. Between the thoughtful design, top-notch amenities, and excellent service, it’s a place I highly recommend and can’t wait to return to.

Positive points: Fantastic stay for 8 nights in room 502 (king suite). Staff very helpful and welcoming. Housekeeping excellent. Elevator. Spacious room. W/D. Ceiling fans. A/C. Filtered water cooler. Location for us (middle aged couple) was perfect. Not too touristy, and just 15 to 20 minute walk to the Hoan Kiem lake area (or take a cheap Grab). Tons of cafes, restaurants, and shops nearby. Highly recommend.

Positive points: Quaint old french/vietnam style building, of course modernized. Very homely and also quiet even though in the central city. service by the staff was very good. Nearby all the central city sites and outside the hotel cafes/shops/restaurants etc.

Review: A rare find in Hanoi that has very modern and advanced amenities. Most notable are the 2 washing machines (in my unit), japanese heated toilet seat, a kitchenette and a hot/cold water dispenser. Nice restaurants and cafes right outside of the property.

Review: This residence is very very clean, it is a building newly built probably, i book this hotel because of the review leave by past traveler. Wait until i reach the hotel, checkin and enter my room, the feeling was like a home, the facililities are well equipped, they have washing and drying machine in the king suite. Even though the male staff can't speak proper english but there's one girl who can speak fluently, I think they are a family operated homestay. They are very friendly too. The streets are very silent at the night, and I sleep very well. As for food, there are many restaurant nearby, there's just a coffee shop beside the building. Nearby, there are AHA coffee shop as well, u can easily grab a coffee. However, the cons are the building is located a distant from the old quarter and hoan kien river, u might need to grab to every place u want to go. If you don't mind to grab to whenever u are out, u can choose this place :)

Positive points: Place has nice decor, new and clean. Room is spacious and functional with good air conditional system. Location is on not very crowded street and within walking distance to the Old Quarter. The staff was very helpful and supportive to request.
