The manager was there even late at night to hand over the keys. Much appreciated. When I offered to pay in foreign currency instead of VND, she used a very fair exchange rate, and even when I insisted on paying more, she refused. I didn't like the Japanese toilet, and she immediately arranged for it to be changed, which I really appreciated. She was always quick to respond to my messages, making communication smooth and stress-free.rnrnThe property itself is spacious, clean, and equipped with all the essentials, including a convenient power plug under the dining table, perfect for working on my laptop. The location is ideal if you want to avoid the noise and chaos of the Old Quarter but still be close to Hoan Kiem Lake. Plus, this area has better cafes and restaurants, especially if you know how to find them using Google Maps.rnrnThe host personally welcomed us and made sure everything was in order. Review: Absolutely amazing! I have stayed in many apartments in Hanoi, but this is the one I am most satisfied with. Spacious, luxurious, classy, clean, with a parking garage and free parking. The owner, Duy Anh, is incredibly enthusiastic and kind. Since my family has a baby, she proactively lent us an air purifier for the baby to sleep and allowed us to check out an hour later without any charge. This will definitely be the only apartment I stay in when I come to Hanoi next time! 10 out of 10, no complaints!
