Positive points: It was a very quiet building with all the space two of us required. The bed was comfortable and it was wonderful having a microwave, hot plate and laundry!

Positive points: a Hanoi-style stay located in a small alley, with a nice host and a comfortable and private atmosphere. The stay satisfied most of my needs.

Review: Stayed 3 nights. The first night the AC was not working but the landlord promptly came the next day and found someone to fix it. Everything was fine but the kitchen was a bit lacking and dirty and also the bathroom lighting is very dark. An unconventional layout but that's what we signed up for. Overall not bad!

Review: I booked a double room for 2 nights outside of Hanoi. The location is near many shops and easy to get around (it was a bit hard to find since the homestay is located in alley 32 - I kept thinking the address was on the main street). The room is clean but has a slight smell, probably because it hasn't been used for a while. There is a fragrance jar in the room but it's empty.

Review: The rooms are located in an alley, the rooms upstairs are spacious, while the rooms downstairs are very cramped. The narrow staircase makes it difficult to move to the upper floors.
