Review: it was nice staying there just outside there is a nice coffee place and neighbour was nice too -

Positive points: The location of the room was excellent. There is supemarket by name BRG mart, at about 5 minutes walk to the apartment where one can find groceries, exotic stuff and almost anything that you need for a week's stay. At about 15 minutes walk from the apartment, there is a huge park by name Thong Nhat park and a lot of families visit the park in the weekends. Next to the park, there is an indoor circus stadium and we had the good fortune of viewing a circus show. It was excellent. The room as such was good, maintained clean (everyday, upon request) and had a kitchen (with a two-burner stove-top) and all the basic kitchen-ware. The receptionist was kind enough to book day trips for us to Ha Long Bay and Ninh Binh.

Review: Tôi chỉ nghỉ ở đây 1 đêm. Sạch sẽ, gọn gàng, tiện nghi đầy đủ từ bếp đến dụng cụ nấu ăn, bát đĩa. Thích hợp cho tây ba lô. Lối vào là hẻm nhỏ chỉ đi bộ hoặc xe máy nhưng cách đường chính không xa, chắc 50 mét. Nhân viên rất nhiệt tình. Xung quanh nhiều quán xá, đầu ngõ là cafe muối Huế, gần cổng công viên Thống Nhất tiện cho đi dạo.

Review: Căn phòng tôi ở rất thoải mái, sạch sẽ, đủ tiện nghi, tôi cảm thấy hài lòng về dịch vụ của muse Hanoi boutique, nhân viên ở đây rất nice, cô dọn phòng, và các bạn lễ tân, đặc biệt là bạn lễ tân tên Quân, giúp tôi photo giấy tờ và luôn nở nụ cười thân thiện, tôi vui vì đã chọn muse!!!

Positive points: Vị trí của khách sạn rất tốt, gần với những địa điểm ăn uống ngon và cảnh đẹp. Phòng ốc của khách sạn rất tiện nghi và sạch sẽ. Giá cả cũng rất phải chăng. Nhân viên khách sạn vô cùng nhiệt tình và thân thiện, đặc biệt là anh Quân. Mình đã từng thuê phòng ở đây hai lần và chắc chắn sẽ còn quay lại khi đi du lịch ở Hà Nội.nnThe location is great with delicious restaurants and amazing sightseeing locations nearby. The rooms are pretty neat and clean for the price. The staffs are friendly and helpful, especially Quan. I have been here twice during my travel to Hanoi and will definitely come back next time.

Positive points: Phòng ốc sạch sẽ, như hình minh hoạ. Nhân viên thân thiện, nhiệt tình. Nói chung ko có j để chê nha 👍

Review: Everything is good but insufficient hot water for shower

Positive points: Các bạn nhân viên Quân, Phương cực kì nhiệt tình và giúp đỡ. Các bạn ấy đều trẻ nhưng không hề chậm chạp hay khó chịu khi khách nhờ những việc nhỏ nhỏ. Lúc nào cũng vui vẻ và giúp đỡ hết mình.

Review: The studio room is perfect for couples except the shower room space. Very small. Other things are acceptable.

Review: Stayed for 8 nights. We had a great stay. Only downside is that our room had no windows and some of the kitchen utensils such as knives were rusty and dirty when we arrived.
