Review: The room is old, small, and has no windows, the toilet has lime scale buildup, the shower is quite weak, and there is no bidet. It's far from the center, however, the staff (the owner) is very helpful.

Review: The hotel is near the old town, the room is a bit small, and the room lighting isn't very bright, making it a bit difficult to do makeup, but overall it's fine. A plus is that the receptionists are very enthusiastic in guiding me to dining places I followed their advice and the food was really good. They also arranged a motorbike and taxi for me, which was great.

Negative points: - Phòng có mùi hôi do cống thoát nước bốc mùi.n- Phòng nhỏ, bí, cưả sổ chỉ để tượng trưng ( không có view, không mở ra được).n- Phòng cũ, bong tróc nhiều nơi. Bóng điện hư không thay, rất tối.n- Vệ sinh phòng chưa sạch. Trên mặt bàn rất nhiều kiến.n- Giá phòng mắc so với tiện nghi của khách sạn.n- Thuê xe máy ( xe số cũ) 170/ngày, quá mắc.n- Thái độ phục vụ không được thân thiện.n- Toilet nhỏ, hôi. Bồn cầu dơ chưa, dính bẩn xung quanh chưa được cọ rửa.n- Không có hệ thống cách âm, nghe rõ âm thanh từ bên ngoài.nRất không hài lòng👎

Review: The room is of a reasonable size and clean. It's fine for about 2 people in a room. If it's for a family, more information is needed. Although the location is in an alley, two cars can pass through comfortably. It can serve guests well.

Negative points: Khách sạn đã xác nhận booking. 9h18p ngày nhận phòng nhân viên còn trả lời tin nhắn mình và 11h30p cùng ngày tới nhận phòng thì MỚI ĐƯỢC thông báo HẾT PHÒNG. Lý do mình k đc thông báo vì lễ tân k có số điện thoại để báo mình. Vậy tại sao k nhắn tin trên booking giống lúc 9h18p ? Xử lý quá tệ, ảnh hưởng tới trải nghiệm của khách hàng!
