Review: All in all the stay is good value for money considering it is close to the old town and there are a lot of restaurants and cafes nearby.

First room we got had a moldy smell, some suspicious wet spots on the wall and the showerhead had seen better anf cleaner days. We switched rooms after one night. The second room was perfect, no smell, no stains.

Just be aware the water in the shower gets really hot.

Positive points: The place was very close to the old town. Walking distance from all the major attractions. The host was very friendly and helpful. The AC in our room was not functioning properly but the host immediately got it fixed and even gave us discount for inconvenience. It’s rare to find such good host nowadays.

Review: We have travelled Vietnam for two weeks and this place has by far been our favourite. The room is clean, bed and pillows are very comfy. The shower had good pressure and was always hot. The family who own the homestay helped us book a hai van pass tour and it was great. We had use of free bikes for the day which was so nice to do. They helped us get a taxi to the airport too which was so handy and saved us looking plus it was cheaper. The breakfast was amazing both mornings. They gave us free welcome juice and juice when we left too which was a lovely touch. They also have a family restaurant which looked great. We didn’t realise this until our last night after we ate but if we come back we will defiantly be eating here. The man who owned the homestay helped us bring our luggage upstairs to which was quite heavy. All in all I would highly recommend staying here as this family is absolutely lovely.

Positive points: The room was clean and tidy. Very close to old town and variety of restaurants. The host was friendly and approachable. She was happy to take the time to recommend sights and activities to us which we appreciated. We were also able to easily request airport pick up from Da Nang. The included breakfast for our booking was also good. I happily recommend this accommodation to others looking to stay in Hoi An.

Review: We loved how homey the place was, and surprised at how big the room and bed were! Perfect a la carte breakfast that you can have them cook for you - superb baguettes! Would defo recommend for people who enjoy walking along the river

Positive points: Super friendly owner and family (they even gave us two water bottles for the way back to Da Nang). Clean and modern rooms with a comfortable bed. Nice breakfast with a choice from a few different dishes. Proximity to Old Town and bicycles available free of charge.

Review: Pleasant enough hotel, room was ok,nothing special as windows were masked so no views. Staff nice and friendly/ helpful. Breakfast was simple but tasty with plate of fruit included.
No tea/coffee in the room.
Would stay again if the room had a better view. Balcony looked out on to corrugated tin roofs.
