Hanoi Lotus Boutique Hotel

Review: Lovely quiet room with comfortable bed. The name superior double is a bit of a stretch. Small window into the hallway. Breakfast at a sister hotel a block away. Great Pho for breakfast and a small but tasty buffet. Staff super friendly and helpful.

Review: For the price that we paid, this is one of the best hotel in Hanoi. Good location with sufficient food for breakfast.

Positive points: We had a conexion in Hanoi after our stay in Lotus boutique hotel and they picked us at the port and take care of our luggagge while we were making last visits around Hanoi.

Review: This hotel is suitable for the price paid and even a very good complete breakfast is provided by a sister hotel which is 5 minutes walk away.

Positive points: The hotel is in a great location and the staff are very professional and very helpful. Anna who works on the front desk is very informative about the area and can sort travel and excursions at local rates. Thank you to the whole team, they made our stay very pleasurable.

Positive points: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lotus Boutique Hotel in Hanoi. I saw a great review re this hotel and it didn't fault. From the moment we walked in the door the staff were completely attentive, nothing was too much trouble, great breakfast - some foods changed daily. Very close to Lake and Water Puppet Show. We could also store our luggage overnight whilst visiting Halong Bay.

Review: Had a great stay in this hotel with many places to eat along the way. Staff were helpful, and were very kind. Higly recommended.

P.S. Hotel has strong hot water if they could have this adjusted from the faucet to the bidet, itbwould be very confortable to use.

Positive points: All the staff were wonderful & attentive & knew our planned movements, pick up times & our itinerary when we checked in. Our room was really nice & breakfast each morning on the 2th floor restaurant was lovely. It was so perfect to be able to order custom omelettes & Pho noodles with chicken each morning. Mia, hang on the front desk were both pretty amazing & went above & beyond our expectations. Thank you Team Lotus Boutique!

Review: Location wise is pretty good, walking distance to the main attractions, embassies, backpacker area and streetfood area. Friendly and helpful staff. Bathroom facility isn't in good condition. We stayed just for 1 night, satisfied with the location and price.

Positive points: Just came back from my trip to South Asia. I stayed over a week in Lotus boutique Hotel in Hanoi. I am a frequent traveler and have stayed in many hotels in many countries, and I was pleasantly surprised at the unique details of the accommodations in this hotel. Location was great. In the center of Old Quarter with French Quarter and lakes and many other attractions within walking distance. The beds were super comfy, and the rooms were quiet and nice sizes. The buffet breakfast was incredible. It had a very large choice of Vietnamese and Western foods. But what make unique is the super professional and friendly staff, and their great hospitality.
Alex (Hotel Manager) goes extra mile to assure guests get the help they need. He helped us with booking trips, activities, transportation and more.
Jennie is very professional and nice. She often approaches the guest to make sure that everything is to their liking. Th delicious break fast is a good start for the day.
Huong at front desk does a great job and take care of anything you ask immediately and precisely.
This Hotel is a real 5+ Hotel and the staff are a real A++ Team.

Review: Chúng tôi chỉ ở lại một đêm ngắn, nhưng trải nghiệm của chúng tôi rất tuyệt. Vị trí trung tâm không xa đường tàu. Phòng đẹp và sạch sẽ giống như trong hình. Có 2 chai nước miễn phí. Có một chút tiếng ồn từ thành phố (chúng tôi đi ngủ sớm), nhưng không đủ để làm chúng tôi tỉnh táo. Bữa sáng (cơ bản) nằm ở một khách sạn khác cách đó 2 phút đi bộ họ phải có thỏa thuận. Chúng tôi đang được đón cho một chuyến tham quan vào buổi sáng hôm đó đúng vào lúc bữa sáng bắt đầu, vì vậy người ở lễ tân đã chạy cùng chúng tôi đến khách sạn khác để lấy cho chúng tôi bữa sáng mang đi (chúng tôi chỉ lấy một ít chuối) để không bỏ lỡ xe buýt! Nhân viên rất hữu ích và thân thiện.

The hotel is in an excellent location- walk to anything yet on a quiet street.

Review: Hanoi Lotus là khách sạn hoàn hảo để tham quan nhiều điểm du lịch ở Hà Nội. Nằm gần khu phố cổ, chúng tôi thấy việc đi bộ để thưởng thức thành phố thật dễ dàng. Phòng ốc thoải mái và sạch sẽ. Nhân viên thì tuyệt vời, đã giúp chúng tôi với những gợi ý về các điểm tham quan và thậm chí tìm phương tiện di chuyển đến điểm đến tiếp theo của chúng tôi. Chắc chắn sẽ quay lại.

Positive points: This boutique hotel is in the heart of the old quarter of Ha Noi. This is a great location within walking distance of many shops, restaurants and attractions including the lake.
The staff really go above and beyond from the warm welcome through to accommodating all of your needs and any requests you may have.
The rooms are comfortable and well appointed. Truly appreciated the fruit and snacks in the room that are provided each day. The rain shower is also very lovely!
The daily buffet and a la carte breakfast is lovely.
Truly a jewel in Vietnam and I will be back again if I ever return to Ha Noi!
