Hanoi Center Silk Premium Hotel

Review: Hotel was conveniently situated near Hoan Kiem Lake, with everything accessible within walking distance. Hotel staff was very friendly and able to accommodate to our request and gave good recommendation. Thank you to the hotel manager Mr Henry and hotel staff Micheal during our pleasant 5 days stay in Hanoi

Positive points: Great value for money! The staff was abundantly helpful. The location is great, in the old town in a small and silent street. Most activities are in walking distance. The room is very clean and comfortable. I would certainly recommend it!

Review: There is exact loooking alike hotel. I walked into s wrong one by mistake. The view i get for my room is someone else house 😂. Room service wakes me up 7-8am everyday in the morning oml, i wish they have no disturb sign coz i can’t be bothered telling the front desk.

Positive points: The hotel was well located within the nice neighborhood of the church with many famous food venues and coffee shops. Yet, it was relatively quiet at night. The staff was very nice and friendly and they greeted us with warm tea and cake. They stored our luggage after checking out.

Review: The hotel is well located within walking distance of most of the main attractions. The staff is very helpful and friendly. There is no restaurant so have to go out for breakfast. There is a spa but we didn’t use it so have no opinion of it. Definitely recommend the property.

Review: We had booked 2 balcony rooms almost 3 months in advance. When we arrived, the balcony room was not available as there was some renovation going on. There was no prior communication from the hotel that this was the case. They at least offered us a nominal discount but it was not worth it. The price didn't include breakfast. The AC in one of the rooms leaked for a night. The only positive I would say is the staff. They are very courteous and warm. They will always greet you with a smile and assist wherever possible. Oh and the location is also very close to the main attractions in old quarter.
To the owner-please respect your customers and have the courtesy to at least communicate any issues promptly. We ended up paying for a balcony room which was not even available.

Review: We stayed in the hotel for one night when we arrived in Hanoi and then we went to Sapa early the next day. After returning from Sapa we stayed 2 nights at the hotel again before leaving Hanoi. Our first stay was good. It was our second stay after coming from Sapa that was an unusual. We were given a room facing the road side with a locked connecting door. The next morning we went on a day tour to Ninh Binh and during the bus ride to Ninh Binh the hotel was calling on WhatsApp. I checked the messages and they said that the staff gave us the wrong room last night and that they needed our room with the connecting room because someone with young children was checking in. They asked if they can move our rooms while we were in Ninh Binh. We did not want to move rooms but the staff seemed desperate so we asked how they intend to move our things as I am very disorganized and my things were all over the room and worried they might be misplaced. They said that a staff would pack our things while another will video the whole process. They offered free airport service the next day for the inconvenience and I agreed to move rooms. When we came back from Ninh Binh, we checked in to our new room and found that our toiletries in the bathroom were not moved. Our personal toothbrush, face wash, and other toiletries were gone. We asked the staff and they said that it was the housekeeping’s mistake as to why they were misplaced. That was frustrating to me as I was assured that the whole process would be overseen by the staff carefully. I have skin asthma so I cannot use the hair care and skin care products the hotel provides. All my personal toiletries were gone and the hotel said to understand and forgive the housekeeping. I do understand the housekeeping and it’s not their mistake. It’s the staff of the hotel who should’ve taken more care assigning rooms and overseeing the movement of our things when they transferred us to a different room. Review: I saw some review mention that in hanoi, some hotel change the customer reservation to sister company. I did not expect that it happened to me. Prior to check in time for about 2 hours, I was informed by hotel that due to heavy rain last week, the room condition in our room was not good enough to use, so we was asked to stay in the sister company. Which was downgrade from 4star to 3star. We not sure whether the reason provided was true or not, but nevertheless, we did not manage to stay in the original hotel that booked, and no upgrade but downgrade. So written here for awareness. Since I'm not manage to stay at the hotel booked, so cannot give actual review of noble swam hotel. Other than that, their sister hotel room condition, staff service was good.

Review: Booked this for a friend and his family. The hotel is nice and centrally located. However , the local receptionist was rude to me both via phone calls and in-person discussion. May not consider this place next time.
