Hanoi Center Silk Boutique Hotel

Review: The hotel is clean, staff is great, great value and on a quiet street with small cafes in the old quarter. I’ve stayed here twice and many times on this road to know the location is perfect for a busy Hanoi.

Review: I’ve traveled and stayed in the old French Quarter of Hanoi since 2006 and I’m always looking for a quiet street close to Hoan Kiem Lake. This hotel is located on the perfect quiet street with the sound of beeping horns virtually none existent. So I’ve stayed in a few hotels down this street and this is one of them that I enjoyed staying at.

Positive points: In such a prime location, staff were so friendly and accomodating, and the super comfortable rooms.

Review: Would go back this place if visit Hanoi next time. Despite the hotel is small, the room this clean and their staff especially Xenia was very friendly and helpful. She has helped me arrange most to my travel logistics with proactive follow up which was excellent. This hotel is right in the middle of Old Quarter which was very strategic for visitors and Pho 10 the famous beef noodle was just within 5min walk.

Positive points: We love everything here, special staff, they are amazing. I got sick at middle the night, I rang them to asking for help, they straight to buy medicine and careful to remind me how to take and asking how I fell the next day.
The location is perfect, close to everything but very quiet area, you can enjoy beautiful egg coffee just on the road and the best Pho at the Conner .
The room nice and clean, they clean the room every day and asking if we need anything.

Review: Very charming and beautiful hotel in the busy old quarter, yet quiet at night. My husband fell violently sick and couldn’t go on a day trip to Ninh Binh with us yet the staff took good care of him whilst I was gone. They truly made our stay memorable. Highly recommended.

Positive points: Super central and easy to find, the bed was really comfy! The staff were so friendly and accommodating ☺️

Review: The location is perfect and the staff were absolutely lovely, they helped arrange transportation for a day trip to ninh binh and even packed us snacks to bring along when we had an early start. The rooms we stayed in (balcony) were big enough for us to open two large bags fully. 10/10 would stay again if we return to Hanoi!

Review: Staffs are very welcoming and helpful during the rainy season. Location is great, a good distance from food choices snd shopping but hard to walk around the tiny street where vehicles are parked everywhere. Balcony has no roof and when it’s raining, we can’t go out. Shower door is not sealed so the water floods the toilet floor. But overall, a good value for money

Review: Mother and daughter staying for 3nights and 4days , first time in Hanoi. This hotel located perfect for stay, quiet street with good coffee and food, street, close to the church, old quarter and Hoan Kiem lake are also in 10-20min walk. People who works are all very sweet and kind, helped us about taxi and time management. Thank you very much and we enjoyed it :)

Positive points: I think this is the hotel with the best value for money among the hotels in Hanoi's old town. It is located in the middle of the old town, but it is quiet and the room was very clean and bigger than I expected. The hotel manager was also very kind, like family.

Review: 在酒店门口就可以打车不用走到街口，酒店所在的街道上有很多漂亮的咖啡厅，酒店走不到两分钟就是一家pho10，十分钟就是地标建筑教堂，前台和服务人员态度都超好！这个价位有这个地段和服务，太惊喜啦！

Review: Least favourable hotel in terms of cleanliness and accuracy to photos and reviews . To be described as 4* and 9+ exceptional reviews is clearly paid for. Bathroom smelled of urine. Clearly old full drains. Stains. Ants all over the floor. Always. Many. Not a few I can understand a few. The bed when I lifted the sheet is covered in signs of an old bed bug infestation. I only noticed late at night so chanced it and no bites. It must have been that or chronic mould. On top floor AC units on roof sound like a helicopter landing. I do not exaggerate. Staff were pleasant but the place needs gutting. Plenty of nicer same priced hotels nearby. My mistake choosing this one.

The real standout is the staff. They're incredibly friendly, helpful, and speak excellent English. They go above and beyond to ensure a great stay, even assisting with booking trips.
Despite some minor renovations, guests' experiences remain positive. With its ideal location, comfortable rooms, and exceptional service, this hotel comes highly recommended for anyone visiting Hanoi.
