Positive points: Breakfast was good. the lady cooking was very nice even with the language barrier. The location was in the middle of the locals. Not touristy at all, so it was a nice emersion. Great restaurants and markets right outside the door.
Negative points: The website said that there was laundry service at the hotel, but that was not case at our location. We had to hand wash everything because there was no laundry service anywhere near us. The hangers we used stained our clothes. Also, the airport shuttle was a service that was only if we paid for it.

Review: Main building was decent from outside. Never saw the rooms there at 148 Phan ke binh. Instead put me at 160 Phan ke binh, on level 2 facing a quán nhậu that goes on 2 3 zo into the wee hours!!! General amenities are basic like refrigerator, washing machine, but washroom is ageing, full of mildew and toothpaste stains. I try not to touch too many things in the room. The bed linens have been used so long they smell of everyone's body odor. Sleeping on the sunken bed gives me rashes. I left after 1 night.
Positive points: Everything was clean and good quality
Negative points: The staff doesn’t speak English it was difficult to explain them that I need water and the usual stuff every day, like toothpaste or something. They didn’t understand me, I was asking for clean up my room in 2 days because nobody had any intention of doing it. And the breakfast wasn’t good enough. Each day I came to restaurant there was empty. I mean no food except eggs.
Review: I feel satisfied. Everything here is neat and clean. The location is also very convenient for my daily tasks. The space is very cozy, and although there aren't many dishes for breakfast, it is very delicious. Thank you!

Positive points: It was a pleasant hotel on a street with many great restaurants and flavor. I enjoyed the staff and cleaning was once a day. the washing/ dryer machine was easy to use and convenient. I really liked this apartment and would recommend staying here.
Review: Great location in Ba Dinh district. Bed sheet and pillows and blanket look to have turned from white to yellowish from use but they are clean though.

Positive points: Lots of room and space to place your things. Washer and dryer was a plus because it is hot in Vietnam.
Negative points: Breakfast was subpar they need to improve the breakfast
Review: Overall, a comfortable stay. The hotel offers excellent facilities with everything you need, and the staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. The location is decent, particularly convenient for visiting popular spots in northern Hanoi, such as Westlake. I highly recommend this hotel.
Positive points: The Apartment is spacious, clean and well furnished.
Negative points: A dangerous incident happened. 😳 The frame of part of the Wooden Sliding Glass, Doors frame, cane off, and fell off. It happened in the middle of the night/ Morning. The wooden frame was more than 8 feet in length. It fell in front of me, while I was walking to the WC. I found out that part of the wooden frame, was stucked together with sticky tapes,( double sided tapes). This is unacceptable by hotel standards. It is unsafe, to design a doorway. I hope the Owner, management will look at safety for guest. Immediately. Thank you
