Review: We recently stayed at HA Ocean Front Hotel in Hoi An, Vietnam, and it was an unforgettable experience for me and my wife. The service was amazing, and the staff were incredibly friendly and polite, making us feel right at home. Special thanks to Kelly, Mia, Thinh and Truong.

The food was delicious and exceeded our expectations. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and highly recommend this boutique hotel for anyone visiting Hoi An.

Review: The staff were very accommodating and happy to help. There is a great private beach, though only a few umbrellas. Beds were not the most comfortable but still slept well. Cleanliness was great. Great value

Positive points: Everything was beyond superb! The staff were EXTREMELY helpful and polite. The room was spacious and overlooking the ocean.

The breakfast buffet had a lot of variety, and as a vegetarian, they surprised us with veggie spring rolls.

They also provide free bicycles to explore the city.

I highly recommend staying here.

Review: Paid for the room with a sea view and got the view to the bushes... Disappointment.
In a private beach are only 3 umbrellas & 6 beds. We went few times and all times it was full.

Review: Fantastic staff - Jade, My, Billy and Trung and everybody else I met were so kind and helpful. Ideal location for a relaxing break - having a private beach just a few seconds away is incredible. Well appointed and comfortable room with a beautiful view and perfect air conditioning. Nice bathroom with a good shower. Delicious food.

Review: Khoảng 250 mét từ bãi biển… phòng của chúng tôi có view nhìn ra biển (nên chọn phòng ở các tầng cao hơn cho điều này)… phòng rộng rãi (hạng sang) và được thiết kế đẹp với trang trí rất nice và ban công rất nhỏ… khu nghỉ dưỡng luôn được giữ sạch sẽ… các quản lý tại khu nghỉ dưỡng rất tốt bụng khi cho chúng tôi bữa sáng miễn phí vào ngày đầu tiên… các quản lý rấtHelpful và luôn có thể liên hệ… bữa sáng rất tuyệt với thực đơn gọi món và trái cây/muesli/trà cà phê không giới hạn… khách sạn cung cấp khăn tắm để mang ra bãi biển (đây là bãi biển riêng của họ)… họ cũng cung cấp xe đạp miễn phí! Đó là một nơi tuyệt vời để thư giãn… môi trường yên tĩnh nhưng vẫn gần trung tâm thành phố Hội An… việc đặt đồ ăn qua grab rất dễ dàng đối với khách sạn… đặc biệt muốn nhắc đến… chúng tôi đã quên một trong những cái túi ở quầy lễ tân khi làm thủ tục trả phòng… thật dễ dàng để phối hợp với các quản lý tại khách sạn… họ đã sắp xếp để gửi túi cho chúng tôi tại Đà Nẵng mà không tốn phí! Rất trân trọng điều này!

Positive points: 1. The staff - so open, friendly and helpful . Special thanks to the girls from reception / Mia and her colleague ❤️ They used to know what we need even before we had a chance to ask - as it was with wet clothes and shoes after the trip, which were waiting for us washed and dried in the morning :)
2. Empty beach for long amazing walks
3. Excellent pho with shrimps for breakfast 🍜 not in standard menu but if you ask they will serve it to you :)
4. Free bikes 🚴‍♂️available all day long for free - the bike trip to the old town 🏮is sth you must experience at least once in your life !

Positive points: Lovely hotel. Great location. The overall facilities were good, there were some nice touches (like the availability of bicycles), but the fantastic staff made the stay truly memorable! So helpful in every way, often going beyond the call of duty. One of the best hotels I have every stayed at in terms of value for money.
