Review: Very good hotel overall with clean rooms, good restaurant and exceptional staff. Pretty close to some major tourist attractions like the Temple of Literature and the mausoleum. Surrounded by lots of restaurants and shopping places.

Positive points: Service was top-notch, both in the lobby, via phone or in the swimming pool area, Room was big and comfy.

Negative points: Well we have to say the location is not that great, definitely need a taxi or scooter as the traffic and road conditions make it tough to just walk.

Review: Absolutely loved our stay at this hotel in Hanoi! The room was spacious and very comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. They even surprised my partner with a birthday cake, which was such a thoughtful touch. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Hanoi!

Review: Not crowded and noisy in the old town, this is the top choice: a new hotel, new amenities, polite and enthusiastic staff, surrounded by many eateries. The location is very close to Cat Linh station, the American Center... 3km away from the old town.
