Positive points: Lovely staff, really flexible towards us. They allowed us early check-in, and they allowed us to use their kitchen which was much appreciated.

Positive points: Nice homestay with a friendly lady as hostess. Large rooms and common outdoor area. Good breakfast with some options to choose from + fresh fruits.

Positive points: Owners were so kind and made a lovely breakfast. It is a short 20 minute walk to the old town but you pass so many shops and restaurants en route. Free bikes with an easy ride to the beach. Large clean rooms and a nice pool area to lounge.

Positive points: The breakfast was delicious,, lovely pool was great for families in big rooms. I enjoyed bike riding to Hidden beach the best beach for swimming in Vietnam. Not crowded with good cafe food smoothies. Fantastic tailor could make up shorts well you sun bathed.

Positive points: The family were very lovely and welcoming. They let is stay longer after che k out to swim in the pool, they offered to help us with any tours/transportation. It was nice to see how a local family interact and it wasn't imposing and didn't make us feel uncomfortable.

Positive points: The stay was really enjoyable, breakfast was delicious and our room suited us perfectly + great that they offer free bicycle use

Positive points: All was great. We were a large family group and had 2 family rooms, 2 twins and 1 double. All the beds were huge, and comfortable. We were here 4 nights and were extremely comfortable. The family was wonderful, not a lot of English, but then we had very little Vietnamese, however, it all worked out. It is a bit out of town, but very peaceful and the swimming pool delightful. Breakfast was terrific,, just ordered for the first day and then we could alter if we wanted too. Great!
Family ordered large taxis for us wherever we wanted to go, very cheap, and very much fun for all of us especially the kids.
Would definitely stay here again, very relaxing at the end of our trip in Vietnam. Organised a transfer to Da Nang airport, which was terrific. Many thanks to you all, we have lots of great memories.

Positive points: We are travelling on a budget and this was hands down the best property we stayed at in our price category. The room was exactly as pictures, very clean, spacious and comfortable, very well equipped, AC worked perfectly. The room was cleaned daily and anything missing (water, toilet paper) was replenished. The pool was very refreshing with enough space to chill. There were six breakfast + 4 drink options, the breakfast was delicious and was always prepared with extra care - the vietnamese bun was hot, vegetables were added and a little bowl with salt and pepper was provided. Bicycles were available for free and laundry and scooter rental was reasonably priced. The location was amazing, it was a little oasis of peace and quiet but less than 10min bike ride to center. There was a supermarket around the corner and good restaurants within a 10min walk. The owners spoke very little English but with the help of Google translate they always did their very best to answer our questions and fulfill our requests - it was like staying at your grandparents :)

Review: Cute little homestay with a swimming pool. Every morning the hotel staff (the grandma and grandpa) will cook you breakfast from the menu which you can choose. I really like the location here- it's right between the town and the beach. And there's the rice field just right behind it to bicycle around.

Positive points: Pools was quiete clean and bigger then expected. Room and bathroom were specious and clean. Good air con. Good value for money.

Review: What a great place this is. It’s pretty quiet everywhere but slowly picking up. We stayed for a week. Great family run business. Free push bikes. We had breakfast included. All staff are really friendly. The pool is in shade in the afternoons which is great

Positive points: The staff friendly. Pool lovely refreshing. Room was big, clean,, we had a Small balcony but no chairs on it. Air con cold. Small bar fridge. About 1.8km from the old town. Could use bicycles which was great. Also organise motor bike rental at a great price. Washing on site also good but not the cheapest. Breakfast good 4 choices, had to choose 1. Place was clean.

Review: We stayed with our two children in a family room. Really spacious room and bathroom. Always clean.
Breakfast starts at 8am, a bit late for us as we're early risers, but we still enjoyed it anyway.
Bicycles are included free so we would go and explore each day. Ancient town is reachable by bicycle or a longer walk, but still doable.
The streets nearby have a lot of food choices and there are plenty of mini-marts around.
Lovely pool and chairs to relax on after a day out.

Review: Super nice host, perfect breakfast. Bicycles for free. Location is just between the sea and market street. The best accomodation during our whole stay in Vietnam.

Review: A fantastic home stay. The staff are accommodating the rooms spacious and clean. A sort bike ride to the old town. We would definitely stay there again. A great value for the price.

Review: We visited this place 2 time, and we noticed that they had bedbugs, because we found many of them. Our little daughter was totally eaten by them, she could not sleep and has Hughe bites all over her body. They changed our room but in the other room there were also bedbugs but not so many. You can easily see them under the bed because there is lots of dust there. They told us that it was kind of our fault because we left the door open and then bedbugs come in because of the rain. They didn't clean our room 2 times and did not change sheets. When we let them our laundry then they did not take care of our stuff, our clothes where wrinkled and my shirt had a Hughe hole in it. My son forgot snorkeling glasses in the pool, and the next day they where completely gone, these where expensive ones. They did not offer any solutions for us on the complains and just said sorry not in a sincere way. Pool water was often really dirty, when our friends visited their kids got rashes from that water. In the beginning everything looked good and had a warm welcome, but in the end it was a complete nightmare for us. We couldnt wait to get the hell out of there. Now our little baby is getting better but still bites all over her body. And we must say that they even didnt say goodbuy to us!

Review: Place looks new and is really clean. No mould here witch is really nice.
Pool is really nice and clean. Location is good that is was not in the old town but it is easy to go to beach with motorbike or city with bike 5-10 minutes.
Problem was that in the morning construction work starts and it makes noise the whole day. Breakfast was not for us, fruits tasted like onions because they did not clean knifes before they cut fruits and it was the same every day. But this is only our problem i think, because we like clean and Vegan foods, witch they do not offer. Motorbike they rented us was in a bad condition, in the evening they changed it for us when we asked and gave us their personal motorbike :). We asked a airport transfer, but did not get any so we had to get a taxi witch is almost 2 times more expensive here, it happened because of agodas communication error, e-mails did not get trough.
Staff is helpful. We would visit the place again!

Review: The room and facilities were excellent and very clean.Free bikes were provided and it is not a long ride to town centre taking 10 mins.Great pool with plenty of poolside chairs and shade.There are plenty of good restaurants within walking distance.Would stay again when we next visit.
