Florence Hotel Danang

Positive points: The staff were quite friendly & helpful, the room was well maintained through out my stay. A very very good hotel to consider due to the hospitality they offer. Had no issues during pick ups for my trip as well.

Review: Stayed here for over a month and had not a single issue. This was the best price to quality ratio hotel I have ever experienced. The staff was very helpful and polite. The breakfast always had many options to choose from, so even the pickiestThe massages at their SPA were professional and pleasant. There is one of the best malls in town 100m away. It is possible to walk to the beach, however the walk over the bridge is not pleasant. No worries though, because you will get a grab driver instantly because a lot of them are near the mall at all times.

Review: Good place to stay if you want to be away from the city centre. Just right next to Lotte Mart, spas, cafes n eateries. View of the DaNang Downtown at the top floor.

Positive points: I had an executive room and those are gorgeous. I liked the balconeys and the bath tub spa. The room is big but totally empty, not even a chair for the desk, not a desk lamp. I stayed two weeks and could have used more comfort. You can get things but you need to beg for them. The area had everything shops, mall, restaurants.

Review: Very nice well furnished and very comfortable, but the rules made me feel uncomfortable and not relaxed, lovely views from the rooftop pool area and dining room, the breakfast was not as nice as i thaugt it would be, not really good for western, the view from the roos was very disappointing and not worth opening the curtains, the staff was excellent throughout

Positive points: Nice hotel, located near a Lotte mart which has a supermarket and some restaurants and shops. Rooms were nice and clean.

Review: Hotel itself is ok, staffs very friendly and polite, but my experience is not too good, they assigned me a room with window cannot be locked, when I complain, they told us they knew the problem, but still assign the room to us, they did arrange another room to us, but more problem in the new assigned room, bathroom door cannot be closed probably, the shower head cannot attached well to the wall, the sink is leaking. All they react to this situation is "sorry for the inconveniences", no discount offered, nothing else..

Positive points: Clean. Cleaning people are great. Executive suite is spacious. Breakfast is good but depends on days and You must arrive before 8:30 if you want full choice. The spa bath tub is great. Many restaurants around. Super market next door.
