Positive points: Quiet location, lots of restaurants in the area
Negative points: Bathroom without outlet for hair dryer, bedroom with strong smell of chemical pills due to insects treatment.
Positive points: Clean, affordable and in a great location.
Positive points: Clean and tidy, host went above and beyond and was very helpful
Positive points:
Excellent location. Very central, in District 3 but very close to 1 and 10. Lots of shops, restaurants and cafés around, yet the building itself is tucked back off the main street and so surprisingly quiet.
Washing machine on every floor (3 or 4 apartments sharing).
Basic kitchen equipment with microwave, kettle and (induction) hotplates.
The rooms themselves are a decent size with sitting area and small kitchen area plus dining table, though all have a different layout, All have windows and small balconies but some get more natural light than others.
It's not high end luxury but for convenience and value, hard to beat. It's my first choice when I'm on a short visit to the city.
Negative points: Nothing
Positive points: Quiet location and really spacious room for a 1 night stay
Negative points: Room is quite old so an update would be good
Positive points: It's very nice stay. Room is comfortable, check-in & out smooth. Location is perfect, close to many different styles of restaurants and only short ride to night life and shopping. Owner is very friendly and helpful. Value for money is great also, specially if there is a promotion. I will most likely come to stay again.
Negative points: could not get TV on and need to wash own dishes
Positive points: Quite. But located at the city central, closed to everywhere: wellknown restaurants, coffeeshops, churchs, squares, museums etc.
Positive points: Clean, cozy apartment in a quiet courtyard. Opposite is a 24-hour store. Nearby on the corner is a great cafe with pho-bo and a coffee shop. Within walking distance of the consulate of Thailand and Russia
Negative points: Low speed internet connection
Positive points: Located In a Nice, quiet neighborhood,also in the center, close to everything. The host is super nice too!! , I would come back here next time if we go to HCMC again!!
Positive points: Big fresh room with small balcony and good kitchen. Free drinking water. Very helpful lady at reception gave me a lot of tips. Stored my bags after check-out. Location was quiet but still close to happenings. Restaurants and minimart close by. Great value for money.
Negative points: Had to check out because the room was booked and the one on the ground floor did not look/smell as good. I see they have many rules.
