Review: Not worth it, old and messy and poorly renovated. Forget about the dryer, it will make the elelctricity shut down and be careful do not touch the hot water faucet, it will burn your hand.

Positive points: The property is in the heart of city... In old quarter Hanoi...our check in goes smoothly thanks to Mr.Khanh the cohost .. he is very polite and very helpful.. thought way to the room was quite tricky but once you are in property it's so beautiful and comfortable just like as shown in the picture.. we are family of five we cook there and they have everything microwave blender machine airfryer..etc.. we had a wonderful time.. thank you Mr. Khanh...

6.0 Amazing location, large apartment bit questionable safety standards - Renae 29-08-2023

Positive points: The location is unbeatable. 1 minute walk from the lake and on a really cool street with bars, shops and restaurants at your fingertips. Large accommodation and beautifully decorated.

Negative points: The shower situation is actually unsafe. There is a water heater with electricity cables literally mounted over the shower head. You need to turn off the heater power before showering and I can only assume it’s so you don’t electrocute yourself. There is no drain in the bath so the water just flows out all over the floor. The second bedroom upstairs is also a hazard, with beams laying over the floor. Interesting to say the least and I did trip and over them on a number of occasions. Says streaming services are included but they weren’t. I had to ask for Netflix and they came to install it but after 1 day it asked for payment so I just gave up asking again. Entrance to the apartment is a lot to be desired too.
